My hairdresser went on a 2 year maternity leave (Bless her!) so I had to find a new one. I phoned and they gave me a choice of junior or senior stylists. I said I wanted the best and they sent me to Peter! He is the best! And he actually trained the stylist I was forced to replace! Win win! In COVID times I miss seeing him but hopefully soon! The building itself is gorgeous. Private and intimate yet modern. Cozy. Totally recommend. It’s expensive but you get what you pay for.

I've been going to Picasso 's for over 20 years and it has never disappointed once. Peter, my hairstylist is exceptional and always goes out of his way to adopt to my style and needs. His enthusiasm for his job is also an added bonus -- he was born to do this. I'll keep returning to my hometown salon even if I'm living in far-flung cities. It's worth it.

After struggling for months with my hair because I believed this place is supposed to be the best, and after being twice dismissed with my concerns, I went to get an objective evaluation at two other high end salons. Without me saying a word, each salon said the same thing - one of the worst haircuts ever seen and in detail mentioned EVERYTHING I too thought. Choppy; way too many layers; looks like a bad 90s Jennifer Aniston cut; uneven uneven uneven. A full inch longer on the left side and the bangs were laughable really. I think my stylist gets by on old reputation and personality. Check your hair people. Go home get a comb and take a good hard look. Just because you’re paying $100 and have a few laughs with your hairdresser does not mean you are getting a good cut.
