As a person who is not used to having anything cosmetic done in the past , I found that the staff was informative and made me feel very comfortable with their service. As well as being informative they were also never pushy to have you take part in anything other than what you came in for. Very respectful staff and would recommend to everyone.

Razan and the girls at Martindale Medispa are AMAZING! I regularly get my lashes and spray tans done here, and I always have the best experience and receive so many compliments on my lashes and tans afterwards! I've been for a facial as well, and Razan helped me choose which facial would be best for my skin type and my personal concerns! I had no idea what type of facial I would need - Razan was super awesome! My skin looks and feels amazing and I can't wait to go back for my next treatment! They truly have the best of everything! I definitely recommend this spa if you are looking for the best products, equipment, and overall experience!

I walked in to Martindale Medispa not knowing what to expect in my laser hair removal treatment. Tammy at the front desk welcomed me with positive vibes, and was very quick to get me started with paper work, and tell me a bit about my treatment. Razan; the owner, walked me through the treatment some more, and elaborated on the type of skin I have and why it is important for them and I to both know. I walked into the room, and Sara introduced herself to me, and made sure I was comfortable before she made any moves with the laser. I was a bit scared at first, so she tried a little spot first on my arm. After I felt like it was good to go, and all relaxed, she continued, with my underarms. she was very gentle with me, and very patient. the session for my under arms, and legs surprisingly only took about 30 minutes- considering I had quite a bit of hair on me. if there is any place you should go for your laser hair removal treatments in the West end, its definitely Martindale Medispa!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Martindale Medispa! It is very clean, sanitized, and well taken care of! The whole team at the medispa is wonderful and extremely knowledgable. Also, my skin has never looked better since Razan has helped me with my at home skincare routine. Overall, I had an amazing experience and can't wait to continue my treatments :)

Starting out my first laser treatment under my arms, I was a little nervous. Razan was amazing and tried a few spots until I was comfortable. Once I was ready to go, I continued the process. They were very well educated in what they were doing, the machine and products they use and aftercare instructions. They also made me feel super comfortable during the entire visit. I had such a good experience I went again for my second laser treatment which once again was amazing. I even decided to try the Brazilian laser treatment because I have been having such good experiences and I was very pleased. Try them out for sure, you wont regret it!
