I went here once, after having it recommended by a coworker. I got a shellac manicure, and had to have shellac taken off. The person who took my shellac must have never been trained as she used the dremel on a high speed and it she ended up burning almost all of my nail beds. I vocalized that it hurt and asked her to slow it down, she continued regardless (in retrospect I should have walked out, I truly wish I had). It took my nails over a year to recover as she took too much of the nail off with the dremel to the point where my actual nails were thin as paper and would bend in half at the slightest pressure (which they have never been previous to this appointment).

I have been here 5 times now and honestly it is always hit or miss.. overall very friendly staff, clean, and reasonable prices. But I either leave loving or hating my nails. On the negative side, I have encountered poor shaping, chunky/uneven nail polish, and chipping. On the plus side, the designs they do here are gorgeous, very skilled techs. The biggest down side, I will never get another pedicure here. Both times I had a pedicure done the polish chipped within an hour, or looked completely awful... always really rushed pedicures.

Need to try this salon in St.Catherine, you'll love it. Everything is really Luxury like its name. They take all of the tools for Manicure and Pedicure from a new package. Additionally, they wrap Pedicure sinks by a plastic wrap to make sure everything is totally hygienic. Hot stone is added for Pedicure progress that makes comfier. Never regret spending your money here.

I’m always super happy with the friendly service and beautiful job these ladies do on my nails! I was forced to go to another salon in the area once because it was Sunday, Luxury was closed and I needed my dip powder colour removed for surgery the next day. The other salon completely destroyed my natural nails, using the filing tools until they were as thin as paper and tearing to the point of bleeding. NEVER AGAIN will I go anywhere else! I highly recommend this salon, especially if you’re looking for some fancy nail art. They have some very talented artists here.

Awful service. The guy was in some sort of rush albeit I was there at 5:30 and they close at 7pm. He rushed through the pedicure and I had to stop him and ask to redo the nail polish as it was smudged . He couldn’t speak English nor did he understood what I want. Eventually he finished in some sorta crazy rush. Nail polish did not dry and it was full with air bubbles .. they didn’t care and and they couldn’t wait to get me out and lock the place albeit there was still 30 mins till closing. Horrible service . They didn’t deserve even 3$ never mind 30$ that I had to pay.

Best pedicure in St. Catharines. No other place will exfoliate, massage with oil, or massage with hot stones for as long as Luxury Nail Spa. Not to mention the great shellac colour selection and pedicure itself. It might be $5 to $7 more then other nail salons, but worth ever dollar. Very impressed last night! Great work staff!

Staying in St. Catharines for a work contract and stumbled upon this gem in looking for a highly rated local spot that wasn't over priced. Excellent service, really kind and skilled staff, excellent quality work, my nail art is gorgeous! Had a relaxing massage with my spontaneous pedicure with hot stones! They double checked each time if temperatures were to my liking. Will come again during my short stay. Beautiful clean site, very hygienic. Incredibly reasonably priced for the work and service you get. Also they took me in immediately without prior reservations made.

I've been comming here under a year you have to make an appointment they are busy and popular the usual owner is away for holiday so so that's why the man your so calling may seem that way. I would never sit there that long all you have to do is ask how long if you can come back So anyone who thinks this place isn't good in my opinion is crazy

I have been to a few salons in the St. Catharine's area and this is my favorite one. Everyone is very friendly and they have been super understanding whenever I need to reschedule an appointment. The salon itself is beautiful, the staff are friendly and take pride in their work. If you are a student who is looking for their nail spot while you are away from home, or are looking to pamper yourself, this is the place. Worth every penny.

Went here for my prom nails and had a pretty good experience so I went back, left with a cuticle infection on 2 fingers. Searched up their health inspection and they didn't pass in August 2019 due to unsanitary equipment etc. (Can be found on niagararegion.ca)

I went to this place upon seeing good recomendations online. The salon was clean and but the staff was not very friendly. I made an appointment for gel powder nails. The woman, Tiffany, rushed through doing my nails, and even asked if I wanted a third coat of polish or was "okay with just two." It was obvious she wanted to move on to another client. The end result was nails that were unfinished, missing polish in spots and uneven. Then, at the end of the apoointment, the woman told me it was $5 extra to pay with debit, or I could use their ATM, pay a service charge and save the $5. This salon is unprofessional and not worth the money. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else.

Finally have my nail spot! So clean and so beautiful inside. They did an amazing job on my nails, very up to date on the nail trends! And of course the wonderful staff had the best customer service. Me and my friend will definitely be returning again and again. Don’t sleep on them!!

this is the ONLY place i will go to get my nails done! everytime i go my nails are perfect and they give me exactly what i asked for. The coffin shape is always on point and the designs always look amazing. My nails have never broken or fallen off either. the prices are very resonable especially for how fast and well they do it. i recommend this place to everyone who asks me about my nails.

I have shopped around nail Salons in Niagara, but even with good ratings and positive health inspections no place ticked all the boxes. This was my 1st time going to this salon and **I am impressed! ~ Clean, bright, friendly, excellent mani-pedi with leg scrub and even a hot stone massage on my feet included. The staff were kind and respectful allowing my friend and I to chat but also sharing and personally connecting with us. The cleanliness of utensils, chairs and tables for treatment was excellent and the polish was applied with care... all for a competitive pricing! Even teas and Kurieg coffee maker to enjoy. I could not be happier! I will be a definite repeat customer!

Took 3 kids with me to get manicures for my daughters birthday. I didnt make a reservation and they were busy, but they took us in, seated 2 girls right away and found us 2 seats so we could all sit together while we waited. Everyone was really friendly and did a good job. I'll be returning in the near future.

An hour for a regular pedicure because they ran out of the shellac polish that I chose half way threw painting my nails, TWICE! Then did not even remove the two samples they claimed to be empty from the selections. Very disappointing. Still charged $45

Lovely new nail salon in the Plaza next to the Keg. Super clean and they use disposable plastic liners in the foot baths!! Very caring staff. I had a terrible cough when there and Sam offered to get me warm water for my throat. They also massage your feet and legs with hot stones!! Very impressed. Highly recommend to everone.

My pedicure was fantastic, they spent lots of time massaging my legs and feet, even used hot stones! Got a regular pedicure (not shellac) and it was only $30. I'd definitely go again, only reason why I gave 4 stars is because one of nails messed up because it wasn't quite dry enough when they said I could leave.. my nail artist was great, place was clean and updated, bathroom was clean, lots of colours to choose from.

Love this place, it my 4th time going back! I left recently and I was just a little concerned of the price I paid for an acrylic fill. The flyer says its 20$ and then today I got my fill with an added chrome top and my total was 45$?? On the flyer it says $7+ for chrome but theres no way it would cost 25$ to have some powder buffed in... I'm just confused about that is all. Loved what they did otherwise.

I wasn’t going to write a review about my experience, however, after some time has passed I feel it may be helpful for others trying to decide to go to this salon. I had gotten an acrylic set about 8 months ago, and the girl doing my nails had cut me twice while working on them and she didn’t care. About 2-3 weeks later I decided to take them off because they had grown out, and after I took them off I noticed I had an extremely infected ring finger nail. My nail was not lifting in any way so I suppose it must’ve been from their tools, since they had never seemed to clean/sanitize them between clients. Have not been back since and advise people not to go

Got dip nails a couple months back and was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The girl who did my nails needs to get trained, she didn’t even know how to file them and someone else had to step in, shape was still terrible though. Then when she was buffing my nails at the end she cut the cuticle on literally every finger, they burned for days after. The reviews looked good so advice to owner, make sure all employees are trained, not just some.

Went with my mom sister and cousin. After being told 3 times the one girl gave my mom biogel instead of powder gel. I got acrylic and the girl didn't even clean up my cuticles she just rushed through, within 2 days they started to feel loose like they would just pop off. Overall very disappointed in the whole experience and would recommend avoiding this salon. The technicians only talked to each other in their language also which just seemed rude and made us all feel uncomfortable.

Went to have my nail done for my wedding, standard shellac polish and manicure. Once the nail technician was finished, I noticed my nails were misshapen, uneven, there was polish on my skin around the nails. She redid the nails that were the worst but then there was a colour variation between the nails that had been redone and the ones that hadn't. When I went to pay, the woman on cash offered to fix them for me herself even if I came back another day (I assume she was a manager or owner), but at that point I had been there for almost 2 hours, my wedding was in two days, and I was just kind of over the whole situation. The shellac also only lasted for 4 days, and after the appointment I had to fix my cuticles myself. Overall I wouldnt go back, I appreciated that they made an effort to make sure I was satisfied, but it was too little too late and I'd rather go somewhere where they do it right the first time.

This place is an absolute find. The best Pedicure I’ve ever had. Im saddened that I’m from Montreal and cannot make it my new go-to. Priced so fairly it was hard to believe i was getting everything i received. The hot stone massage is what seals the deal as well as a very friendly staff. All i can say is good job!

I went here with my sister thinking we would have to wait to be seated near each other, however was pleasantly surprised when we basically walked right in and were seated immediately. Not only were they quick and efficient, they did a great job ! I love my manicure and will definitely be back soon!

Tried this place for the first time with my friend today and I will not be returning! Staff was decently friendly however it was very busy, which I would have happily returned an hour or two later, but instead my friend and I were rushed along and left with uneven, oddly shaped nails. I got shellac and you can literally see through the colour because she did not bother to put enough coats on. Yeah we were in and out quickly but I would rather stay for hours and actually have somewhat decent nails!

There is nothing "luxury" about this place. Very unfriendly environment, price fluctuation and poor quality. They need to improve in all areas specifically in terms of customer service. The wait they greet their clients is beyond disappointing and some workers are significantly less skilled than others. This establishment lack professionalism on all fronts. I do not recommend this place. One can get better service and quality of nails for half the price.

I went recently for a shellac pedicure and just shellac for my hands, no manicure. Usually that would take about an hour. This time, I was there for roughly three hours. A pedicure was done by a man who had no idea what he was doing. It took him an hour to remove previous shellac and over an hour to actually do the pedicure. By the time it was done, it looked horrible for the time it that was spent. Spots are missing polish and each nail is a completely different shape. When he was painting the shellac on my finger nails, he was very slow and his hands were sweating the whole time. That is disgusting. Once again, spots on my nails are missing polish. After this experience, I will definitely not be returning. I paid $65 for something that looks absolutely horrible.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Poor service and rude employees. Employees are very rough with my hands no matter how many times I tell them. An employee snapped at me today because she said she didn't feel like doing my design again when I told her it looked nothing like the image I showed her. She said she wanted to do her own thing but it was so ugly I had to ask her to remove it. They are very rude in that nail salon and to be very honest I see the way they are very kind to their white customers compared to their black customers. I hope they are able to improve their service quality soon for their future customers.

Hands down the best nail spa in Niagara. Been doing my nails for 15 years. Tried Luxury the week they opened and have been back 4 times since. Will never go elsewhere..super clean, super professional, highly talented. Cindy is amazing and she creates the most eye catching nail designs. Have never had my nails complimented so much in my life. Pedi chairs have disposable liners and tools you know are clean when they break them out of the package. 10/10. Had a shellac manicure done with a chrome finish and it was absolutely amazing! Iv tried alot of different nail salons in St. Catharines and Luxury Nails was by far the best. The atmosphere and staff were fantastic and deliver exactly what your looking for. They are always keeping up with the latest trends and have every colour, sparkle and jewels you can think of. Definately recommend this salon 100%. :)
