First time getting my nails done. Great space, clean and bright. Two staff working (male and female) and they were both professional and friendly. I really like the Nugenisis "nail dip" system they have, I do not think I would use anything else now. I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I asked for. I would happily return here and recommend it.

Got my nails powder dipped after having it recommended by some co-workers. They charged me $50! It took SO long. My co-workers who all go to other places said that I got ripped off and none of them pay even close to that amount. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Awesome staff, extremely friendly and very caring. They do beautiful work and offer many different colours, styles, looks. They do a great job with waxing and always fair prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I do recommend booking an appointment though to avoid having to wait.

I've been going to this salon for the last couple months. They're very hit and miss. The man who works there will often tell customers what they're getting if he doesn't like what they want them to get. Ive made appointments weeks in advance asking fir a certain person and when I get there I'm not in the book. I end up waiting 40 mins. This has happened to other customers when I'm there as well. They often forget or leave out the foot massage. They have done wonderful work but they do not schedule well.

I'm new to the area and have been having troubles finding a nail salon comparable to my nail artist in Mississauga. I've tried a few around here and never ever loved my results. However, I was referred to this salon from some of my coworkers and tried the dip for the first time. I usually do bio gel shellac stiletto nails but decided to try the dip as this salon is known for it and I must say, I love the results. My nail technician was very welcoming, kind, informative, and did an excellent job on my set. I appreciate the warm welcome and will be back in the near future! If I had to recommend one thing it would be for more of a variety of shellac colors. Thank you again!

Nice place, definitely seems clean. My friend got the ‘dip nails’, looked beautiful. I did just a manicure and shellac, and was pleased with the outcome. Nothing too fancy but they do a good job!

I am very disappointed with my nails. The ladies were extremely rude and unhelpful when my nails turned out absolutely terrible and nothing like what I hoped. They did not offer to redo them at a later date or even give me a discount. I will never be returning.

My boyfriend brought me here after he got a pedicure a few weeks ago. It was Saturday evening at 5:40 I ran inside with two broken nails and needing a fulfil. Lisa was kind enough to take me she did a fantastic job and I'm very very happy with my nails I would recommend this place to anybody in the area even if it's a little bit of a drive I would still say to go here very clean very nice great stuff I'll be going back next week for a pedicure and a fun nail design great job Ivy nails
