Incredibly sweet and friendly team there. My second time attending and I can confidently say this will be my new permanent nail location. Thank you ladies ❤️

I love this place! The girls are all super friendly, and do an amazing job. I bring my daughter sometimes to get her nails done as well, and they are always so sweet to her! Not to mention, when you book through their website they are SO quick to respond and get you set up with an appointment. Really amazing work.<3

I really liked this nail place and would definitely recommend. everyone was friendly and listened to what you wanted. they gave suggestions to fit your wants and they nailed what i was looking for!! i did fine that there pricing was reasonable for what i asked due to the two colours and the design on every nail. i would say to bring cash because you will have to pay extra because of the taxes using your debit card. so the nails were $65 total but using my debit came to about $73 so just keep that in mind????

My daughter and I went here after our nail tech of 10YEARS said he didn't have "teardrop" nail diamonds, we were both skeptical of trying a new place but when I jumped online to call around to see who had what we were looking for this place was the only place who had what we were looking for and so much more! So we made the leap of faith and was NOT disappointed! They're nail abilities we're absolutely amazing! We can hardly wait to need a fill! They take their time: are passionate, clean, friendly, we love how many options they are capable of from simple to extraordinary! Absolutely in love with how they clean up your nails before even beginning she took so much care,& payed so much attention to detail! Thank you for an amazing first experience well see you again soon!

Horrible experience I had a pedicure done by a new person And not only did they Peel chunks of my foot off, but the shellac nail polish was done messy. It's supposed to look clean. They also basically told me that that is how shellac is supposed to look. I've been getting shellac toes for years. You can't go wrong with white shellac toes. But apparently, here you can. Ontop if that, my nails chipped on the second day... I was in that salon for almost 3hours

We made an appointment for 2:30 but still had to wait half an hour to be seen. My nails came out uneven and very thick. I ended up paying around $50 without the tip even though I got the most basic acrylic set without any type of design. The sign says $30 for acrylic and then an extra charge of $15 for the shellac polish yet they did not even offer a normal polish upon walking in, we were just given a bin to choose our colour from. My nails do not look like $50 worth at all. My friend was told $75 for her set but then at the till the owner decided to add another $5 on. It seems like she also just adds on random numbers for "tax" without doing any type of calculation. They also spend the most time on the nails that they choose to photograph. They have a TV but choose to play boring spa music so if you want to stare at the wall for an hour and a half this is the salon for you.

Today I decided I wanted to try a new salon for a set of acrylics that I usually have done. I had many friends recommend me to Helen’s Nail and Spa as well as read many good reviews, but I’m sad to say I was very disappointed with the outcome of my nails especially for the price that I had paid. This appointment i was only getting a fill on a set of full acrylics and ended up paying more for the fill then I had the full set at another salon. I ended up paying 70$ for a fill on fairly basic nails, there was no re shaping, there was no additional nails added on, it was just a simple coloured french tip and no design. I understand many places charge extra for “special” nails, which the French tip was considered, but there was no disclosure that it would be an extra 15$ as well as 5$ for the colour. (which I would have picked an entire different look if I had known.) In addition to that I was charged ANOTHER 15$ for the design.… The fill itself is only 25$, + 15-20$ for the French tips/Colour, and another 15$ for a design that I’m not sure about where it came from, that brings it up 60$, and because I had paid debit it came to 70$ from taxes before a tip. Where as my full set came to 65$ before tip at another salon with a design on each nail. Also I’d like to add my friend was with me and got a full set and hers came to 55$ before tip (in cash so she was not taxed). Not only was I disappointed with the price of my nails but also the colour. I had asked for a nude colour to be placed underneath the French tip so you couldn’t see the end of my real nail because it was so noticeable, and I was told no, and that you wouldn’t be able to see it at the end but it is still very clearly noticeable on each nail. I have visited this salon twice now. The first time was fine enough, basic gels are hard to mess up (we did get full on pedi/manis), though I did notice that my cuticles were not taken care of as nicely as other salons. I wanted to give one more try, and this time I wanted french tips. The lady who did my nails was nice enough, and fast... which should have been my first sign that this wouldn't last. I got the nails on Monday, and it is Friday and the gels are delaminating from my nail already. My cuticles also look like I didn't even visit a salon. I don't work with my hands, I don't hand wash dishes or anything like that. There is no reason that my nails should look this bad. In addition, you can see the edges of my natural nail under the paint on some of my nails. I am very disappointed. I will not be going back, nor recommending this place to anyone.

I came in to try and fix my nails after another place did a terrible job with them. Helen did an amazing job with my nails and fixed the shape of them super quickly. It's probably the best set I've ever had done! Will definitely be back for my next set

Two pedicures were scheduled for 11. One went unbelievably well, on a broken leg no less, the other not so much. There was a mishap with the cutting of the cuticles on my toe, but mistakes happen, so I opted for a manicure instead which turned out incredible. Queue the redemption session.. The aesthetician was very professional and apologetic. I would THINK about going back for a pedicure because the person I went with had such a good experience, but for now I’m unsure. I would absolutely go back for a manicure. Thank you for staying professional ladies.

This place is AMAZING. I have not had my nails done since moving to niagara 7 years ago as I didnt want to take chances looking for a good salon. 2 months ago decided it was time to treat myself and so happy I did at Helen's. The prices are a bit high than what I'm use too however it is sooooo worth it. The service is terrific, the nails turn out Perfect everytime and the staff is super friendly. This will be my go to nail salon from now on. :)

I've been struggling to find a decent nail place in Niagara region, and I am so happy to find Helen's. The salon is very nice and well kept, with soooo many options for nail colours and design. Helen was so wonderful, kind, and polite, I enjoyed chatting with her while she worked her magic on my nails. I got a full set of solar gel, she did a spectacular job with the shape and paint application. I appreciated that she checked in to make sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort.
