I purchased the enVy SILK pillow from Aspire MD St. Catharines after years of frustrating experiences with every other pillow available on the consumer market. I have suffered from chronic neck/shoulder pain for years. After being diagnosed from x-ray investigation with two chronic conditions in my neck - arthritis and degenerative discs - I decided to continue the pillow experiment. From the first night of the enVy pillow experience I was convinced of its promotional media marketing claims. What it claims to do - it does! For the first time in several years my neck pain has been 'slept-away'. I no longer take any anti-inflammatory drugs. None! I travel with this pillow when possible. What was noticeable from the first night of use was that it is consistent in feel. ALL NIGHT LONG. It doesn't change. I can best describe its feel as "soft and comfortable while firm in support". After years of spending hundreds of dollars on other pillows with their claims falling short under my head night after night, I can say that I am one happy and pain free user of the enVy SILK pillow. I am looking forward to many more 'close to open' pain free sleeps with MY enVy SILK pillow. And kudos to Aspire MD’s Dr. Jane Burke Vassallo and her team for promoting and supporting such a high quality product.

Got in last minute during my Christmas break. Had an amazing consultation with Dr. Jane and Veronica R. They listened to all my griefs about my problem acne skin, as well as what I have tried to do to help my problem before laying out a solid plan for me to get clear skin. They didn't just give me a list of cleansers and creams but they explained to me that I potentially have a leaky gut and how to start helping myself from the inside out. So far it has been about a week and I have noticed my skin is looking better, it is still a long road ahead of me, but I am feeling very happy with the overall consultation with the ladies and the care they took with me. These ladies made me feel like they listened to me. They didn't just copy and paste me with my skin issues with somebody else's. They treated me like I was unique and I can't say how much that truly meant to me. I am looking forward to going back for a follow up! UPDATE! It has been 2 weeks since writing this review. I can honestly say my skin is looking amazing. I think I went through a slight purging of the pores, but after that my skin's clarity is incredible. I don't have deep angry acne anymore, just very small, not even noticeable unless you are up in my face, acne. I am so happy with my results, I feel confident and am no longer hiding my face. Save yourself the misery of attempting to fix your own skin issues and trying every product under the sun, just get yourself a consultation with these ladies.

Firstly, this office is very professionally run. I haven't had to wait for my appointment more than 5-10 minutes in years. Secondly, the aesthetician's are superb! I've had hair removal, laser treatments, permanent make-up and other procedures, all with great outcomes/success. As for Dr. Jane, she never makes you feel rushed (even though she seems to stay on schedule) and truly has your best interests in mind. For example, I recently inquired about fillers and Dr. Jane advised that I wouldn't get the results I was looking for (for my particular issues/circumstances) and referred me to other solutions which she doesn't even offer. This shows both knowledge and integrity! Go see Dr. Jane and staff and you won't be disappointed!

I would 100% recommend Jane. I lived in Toronto for years, getting botox there and tried several different doctors/injectors and not one compared to her. I moved back to St. Catharines for a few years, found Jane and was so impressed, the way she was with detail, so gentle, and never had to come back for touch up's, it was done right first time and every time, and how nice she is to top it off. I have now moved to the United States a 5 hour drive away and had the same problem again without being able to fine a good injector that could do what I wanted, so I made then decision to make the drive back every 3 months to see Jane. I have since recommend several friends and family members to her and they feel the exact same way I do!

Dr. Jane has been doing my botox since my 20s. She is so friendly and makes the whole 5 minutes fly by. If you're at all anxious, this is the one place that will make your apprehensions go away instantly. I had gone a couple of other places before and she was by far the best. I had saw the team back in August and have had transfiguritive experience from then till now!!!! i was treated for an ongoing medical condition that resulted in hair folliciles growing back into my face and causing immense pain, discoloration as well as visual discomfort. they where able to accurately diagnose me and assign me an efficatious and extrodinary plan that has changed my life!!! highly versatile and congenial team and staff members make you feel welcomed, accepted and most importanly safe!!!! i have been a huge advocate of their laser treaments as it has reinforced the treatment i so desperately needed and significantly reduced the rate of reoccurence of my illness. having a darker skin complexion made me anxious and doubtful of laser due to the general understanding that laser's where not the most viable option for people of my skin color. I had met with Mrs.Veronica, who then dispelled and aussuaged me of any preconceptions and concerns, as they had a type of laser that would and has worked wonderfully for my skin tone!!!. i can keep going but will sum it up by saying that Aspire MD has been lifechanging, emancipatiing and general a pleasure to heal everything i wanted them too.
