Michelle was warm and inviting, which is exactly what I’ve come to expect at Claraderma! I love that she was easy to talk to, but also made a point of allowing me to relax and enjoy a bit of quiet time. The facial (my first one ever!) was great, and I’ll definitely be back for another! She's very professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel well taken care of, and it's so clean and nice in the space! Very bad experience, i have never been to these store just read reviews and thought to visit for one of the treatment offered , so i called today and when i try to arrange an appointment they ask for credit card details just to book an appointment, its not safe when you entertain new customer on face u ask to give credit card details and if u dont feel comfortable to give they dont book appointment… i have never had such customer service experience ????????????????????????????????????????

Krista always goes out of her way to make sure I'm comfortable during a procedure, and her passion for her job and making people happy is always transparent as well. Great staff and wonderful atmosphere. The staff are all extremely welcoming, professional and friendly. I went in for a medifacial and it was phenomenal. Alicia is down to earth and really spent time to cleanse my face with a cleanser followed by microdermabrasion, and then Forma and a relaxing mask. She explained each step thoroughly, and I was pleasantly surprised with her great knowledge on skin care. She even recommended and wrote down a certain skincare regimen for the morning and evening tailored to my skin needs. I will definitely be coming back!

I initially met with Nurse Injector Krista C. for a consult and found her to be kind, knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions thoroughly and put me at ease. I went back a few days later for my actual Botox appointment and had a great experience. She made me comfortable and relaxed, and the injections themselves were nearly painless and incredibly fast. I had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return for future appointments. If your thinking of trying cosmetic injectables, I recommend Claraderma+ and Nurse Injector Krista C.

To start, their online booking service was extremely user friendly and efficient. Attended Claraderma's 3rd annual Open house to meet their staff for the first time and see what services they offer. I was surprised at their open house how they actually had various treatments that you could try out for free...most Clinics I have been don't do that at all!!!! Staff seem very genuine and that they care about Skincare/Services and not just selling treatments just to make a buck... I was really impressed to see that. Very immaculately clean facilities with staff that seem to care???????????? Women REALLY helping women to feel beautiful..I loved that.

She is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything that she is doing and why it will benefit my skin. She also recommended Alumier MD for my skin which has also been a game changer!
