I have been using CB products for over 15 years and I'm proud to say I am still as obsessed with my face powder today as I was years ago . I have used this place for over decade now to get my children's ears pierced when the time was right. The salon is clean, warm, and welcoming and the staff is so friendly. Their prices for piercing are average and I love that two staff members do both ears at the same time to make it easier on the child. I have never had any issue with the piercings afterwards either as they give you everything you need to keep them clean. Two thumbs up!

So.... My son and I were here today. I went here more because of the Google reviews. I did t know we needed a apt so we had to wait an hour . But no biggy had a bite to eat . Easy peezy... professional and nice, funny even!!! Go here !!!

Karen and Stephanie pierced my 4 month old babys ears today. They were very informative regarding the process/post care and also very gentle with my baby and were able to put her at ease. The salon also offered a range of 14k gold earrings which made it a one stop shop. I highly recommend using their services for your babys ear piercing.

Hello , I got a facial appt last month and my expectations were not met at all. The main reason was due to the small location and the facial was set in a chair but in a cramped area of the store so no privacy! Forget the relaxing music in the background it was lots of noise even from the store and Mall. So for me it cost me dearly in price 120$ regular price +tax ! Never again !

I have been getting my brows done here for years. The staff are amazing, friendly and knowledgeable about products and services. Debbie has been the only person to touch my brows for the last year and I couldn’t be happier. She has also pierced my second holes in my ears and has done several facials on me. Will not go anywhere else for brows or facials. Debbie is a boss lady.

went to niagara on the lake location and got my ear pierced and they did them wrong. so went back in and got attitude from one of the workers so they only fixed one side and left the other and it was still wrong. so i went to the pen center location the next day. i had to pay to get redone but what a great experience i had with stephanie and oksauna they fixed my piercing. so if u ever need piercing done id ask for stephanie or oksauna. thanks again stephanie and oksauna

I’ve never had my eyebrows tinted before so I was nervous going in to visage today to have them done. I should have listened to my instincts. The lady who did them was nice enough (when she wasn’t trying to sell me services) but it was clear she definitely shouldn’t be doing brows. The colour was talentlessly slapped on, no precision at all. I was NOT surprised to see the final outcome was completely lopsided, blotchy and uneven. Ugh. Thank god they use cheap dye, as soon as I got home it took no effort to get the colour off my eyebrows and off of the skin around them. What a waste of $23

Caryl Baker was recommended to me by a friend and I don't know what I would do (or what my brows would look like) without them. I travel an hour and a half to visit a specific location as I am never disappointed when leaving. Not only do they do a great job but they introduce new products and explain how to use them so I can use them myself at home. Can't say enough great things about this place!

She does excellent work and provides me with options to look my best. I have recommended this site to friends and Melanie specifically. My nieces have been clients of Melanies for years .

My husband and I brought our daughter in to have her ears pierced today. She is 2 days short of 9 months young. Right from the moment we walked in, Debbie made us feel extremely welcome. Her customer service was fantastic which was major for me because I was (secretly!) nervous. She went over in full detail everything she was going to do pre piercing and what we should do post piercing prior to piercing our daughters ears (in case things went sour quick, we could leave right after!) - she even showed us the earrings coming out of a sterile, sealed package. Debbie and Karen were both precise about leveling the dots. They were both extremely kind and comforting towards our daughter. Rachel held her head and I bear hugged her while Debbie and Karen each pierced an ear. My daughter is now one of the newest members of their 'Beary Brave Club' and was given a sticker and an adorable certificate. To say it was an exceptional experience would be an understatement, for sure. I highly recommend Carol Baker Visage in the Pen Center to anyone and everyone. I will be going back without a doubt! Thank you so much.

If you're a person who relies on excellent reviews, please read my story and why I rated this place the way I did. My 8 year old daughter came to me wanting her ears pierced. To keep my story short She had had her ears pierced at 1 year, didn't like me changing them, threw them out. Years later she opened up the holes, successful but were very irritated. I bought her good pair of earrings, so I thought. Ears ended up swallowing the backing, resulted in surgery. But now, "all the girls at school are wearing them". So, I did some research as to where to go to get them done. Online suggests not taking them to the mall shops, but I didn't want to take my 8 year old into a tattoo parlor. Plus, I had a friend that got infected from a piercing there. So, instead of going to the shop everyone goes to for earrings, I decided to see if Caryl Baker Visage would do it. Glad I did! Because they weren't busy, they took my daughter without appointment but they suggest making one. I told them the history about her ears. We picked out earrings but hear is why this store differs from the other store. They felt my daughters ears and suggested a longer post due to the cartiledge in her ears. I would not have known that. The explained everything. Suddenly,my daughter got very nervous and her eyes a little teary. They calmed her down and decided that that 2 staff were going to do it at once. They also tripple check the placement before doing it. My daughter left excited and proud!

Normally don't write reviews but had my ear re-pierced yesterday. The lady that performed the service (did not get her name-darn) was a cut above most people working retail. So absolutely pleasant, was a professional with her advice, comments and the ease she made me feel through the process. An absolute credit to her profession and would highly consider other services if she was to perform them. Even though not much of a makeup services person! My husband while waiting even commented how awesome she was.

The value for your money is incredible (this is coming from a bride on a tight budget). I purchased a membership to get the most out of my experience, which enabled me to have a few 'practice runs' on my wedding makeup, as well as try out a few different colour styles and products. The ladies who work there are good at their jobs, very professional and friendly, and do amazing work. I would highly recommend them to any brides, and to anyone who wants to purchase high-quality makeup and learn about skin care and how to best accentuate their faces.

Best place hands down to get your ears pierced. Debbie and Karen were so wonderful, I came to get my ears pierced (I'm 29), and warned them I have a fear of needles and will probably pass out. They took such good care of me from the second I walked in. They had water ready for me, and walked me through everything that was going to happen. I was terrified, but they eased my anxiety. They even called me later that evening to make sure I was feeling well. Such a great group there!

Quite expensive, also don’t think they waxed my upper lip right as I was covered in ingrown hairs the next day. The lady that did my wax was nice though, and my eyebrow wax was very good. Very annoying how many products and services they try to sell.
