I love this place. They have the sweetest staff, my nails are always exactly what I want, and, honestly, the nail paint somehow outlasts anywhere I’ve been! I’ve recommended this place to my family and this is the only place we go!

This is my second time coming, the first time was alright. Friendly staff etc. The second time my nails were done by this other tech, the shape and size of each nail is completely different. Tech cut it way shorter that I had asked and put so much nail polish that my thumbs look like they’re swollen. They were using that machine to cut my nails which I asked please not to because I could see it was way shorter than I wanted.... but tech kept using it :( It really depends which tech you get, they are really nice and friendly but I’m just so disappointed on how my nails look this time.

I went in for a mani pedi with Shellac. The young girl that was performing the services did an amazing job. She was full of conversations and acted like she cared. She took the time to rub my legs and make me feel like I was important. I find this rare at these types of places. I tipped her extra because I was so impressed. I will go back to this location for sure.

This place is great - they actually open sealed and steralized equipment right in front of you everything from the nippers to cuticle pushes to the utensil they use to clean under the nail is stealed in a packet and opened in front of you - the pumice stones are new for every person - really no sharing and they guy and gal are really nice - the place is clean and the service was relaxing and not rushed - and my nails and pedi turned out fantastic - Thanks guys

I went to get my nails done, prior to doing so I called to inquire about the prices, I asked her how much it would be with a shellac refill and 2 new nails. The woman said $25 so I went there. This woman put my nail on crooked, painted my thumb and filled my nail so hard it was stinging. When I was paying I didnt realize until afterwards she charged me $41. I called and spoke with the man and he said its $12 more for shellac. I argued with him and told him they shouldn't have said it would be that much for everything if it wasn't true. I was so unsatisfied with my experience. I highly recommend never going here.

Shape was not even and polish bubbled up and when I told the lady she said bcz it's sparkle, it always bubble up but I am getting nails from other places, never happened. Will never go again to this location.

I went to get my dip nails removed (done by someone else). Kevin, I believe is his name, removed the dip and gave me a "manicure". After removing the dip, was not told to wash my hands before he applied a beautiful pink colour. First he cut my natural nail down so short that he cut my skin. My cuticles were barely touched. The nails were different shapes and length. The massage that is usually done with a manicure was literally patting a little lotion on my hands. He then applied the colour. The manicure was absolutely awful! I do a better job myself, and regret spending 2 hours and over $30 on it. Before writing this review I called this morning and spoke with the owner/manager. He told me to come back to get it fixed. I did. Today it was Kevin's wife who redid the nail polish. Both paint jobs were absolutely atrocious. I have attached both pictures of yesterday and today. Not sure which was worse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Picture on the left is from Kevin. Picture on the right is done by his wife.

Love this place! Not only are they extremely friendly and accommodating, they do beautiful work as well. Its very clean, quiet and easy on the wallet. I’ve been going there for about 9 months regularly and I’ve never had a single complaint!
