While the treatment was OK for a couples massage (no deep tissue, or working on issues - just relaxation), the aftermath of trying to claim it was horrible. Only after I paid more than $300 (for 2) for the massage, was notified that it wasn't done by an RMT. I only booked this for the benefit of being able to claim it. Before I booked, I was told massages were done by RMT's. I guess I should have read the pamphlet instead of listening to the booking person. As they state in the pamphlet "it clearly outlines in our brochure which massages are done by RMT's". Stilly me, thought the booking agent would know the details when I asked! The spa has offered me 25% off my next treatment. No thanks - won't be returning.

Always enjoy my treatment at Azura. Staff is very friendly and helpful while being professional. They listen to my wants and desires and try to accommodate my every request. I'm so glad I've found a caring salon and treatment place.

I am not impressed with my experience today. I booked an appointment over a month ago for a wash, cut, and style. One of the stylists called in sick so they were short staffed. This was the first time I had been to the salon for a hair appointment. The stylist I had was rushed, which I understand based on another stylist being unable to come in. However, this stylist barely trimmed my hair, rushed through a blow dry and straighten and then "cleaned up" my layers. I have very thick,curly hair so a normal hair appointment normally takes 90 minutes. This appointment was roughly 30 minutes. My hair was frizzy when I left and the top layers were wavy, not straight, even after the stylist using a straightener. I noticed when I got home that my hair is completely uneven. I've never had to wash and style my own hair after getting it done at a salon, but I had to today. I received the spa package as a gift, but I definitely will not be returning for any type of hair service. I would have said something when leaving, but I had my three year old daughter with me. I have had my nails done before and was very satisfied with the service. Today was just unfortunate.

What a gloriously awesome experience. I got a Spring Package as a birthday gift and this was my first my first visit to Azura. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease. The lady who did my service was lovely and she explained the procedure beforehand. I am definitely going back for a mommy-daughter date. I feel refreshed, energized and my skin is ooh so soft and supple after my back exfoliation and massage, arms and legs exfoliation and massage, scalp massage and facial. I highly recommend going to Azura for them to melt the stress away and give your body the TLC that it needs.

Bought a serenity package plus for someone.special. did not get what I had paid for. Paid for manicure. Did not get..the package came with lunch in which I was told would be served in a serenity room. Well she ended up eating in the salon beside someone doing someone's hair. Not impressed

We had a wonderful time getting pre-wedding manicure's and pedicure's in September 2019 with my mom and sister. What sets Azura apart from the others is Susan and Louise's amazing customer service and bright smiles. This is truly a one-of-a-kind spa with their attention to detail and individualized tailored services. We were dotted on from start to finish. We appreciated never feeling rushed or inconvenienced. The ladies were also able to help out with some surprises that we're called in. Thank you for the memorable afternoon!

I had my makeup done here for my wedding. It was my first time visiting the salon (I live in Toronto) but I felt confident in my choice after meeting with Susan for my makeup trial. She listened to my feedback and was able to give me the natural look I wanted. On my wedding day everything went smoothly and I even got a glass or two of sparkling wine. :)

Walking into Azura is always a pleasure. Excellent stylists, a warm welcome, comfortable feel with fabulous offering of fun teas or coffee.. They have created a serene environment in a lovely renovated historic building of St. Catharines.With educational seminars, and many treatments for betterment of body and soul. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. I like this place for the standard of cleanliness and ambiance, and I would return for these reasons. Prices were fair. I may request a different service provider though, although the one who looked after me was professional, I found her to be a little arrogant and unfriendly which put a bit of a damper on my time spent here.

Very clean space with friendly staff. I had a groupon for a massage and facial and absolutely loved it! Kristine was kind and informative when I asked about the different products and what would work best for my skin, she even tried a powder foundation on me (which I have never used before) and I loved it! Overall I am very happy with my experience :)

Team is awesome, welcoming and passionate! The most efficient laser hair removal machine I ever use!!!! And technicians are fantastic, knowledgeable and respectful!!!! this is my 5th salon for laser (yes, I go with groupon) and this is BY FAR the most awesome result I had!!!! Thanks!!!!

While the staff were friendly and spa nicely decorated, the longevity and quality of the nail services was quite terrible. Girls weekend involved pedis and shellac manis. Pedicure was good. Manicure was essentially just poor application of gel polish, with very little "manicure" work being done (ie cuticles not even cleaned up or trimmed). Manis started to peel and chip the same day -- unacceptable for a treatment that should easily last a couple weeks. It seems as though the workmanship and skill was definitely lacking. Recommend more training for nail staff because the spa really is a lovely environment, but is not a place I would revisit.

Very nice and friendly staff. I received a very warm welcome . The spa is nicely decorated and clean. I would say they have fair prices too. My aesthetician listened to every complain I had with my skin and gave me the best possible facial treatment. I will be visiting again fo sure.
