I went there before i had to work and the friendly lady (manager or owner) greeted me instantly. The woman who did my nails did exactly as i wished and very promptly. The prices are the best I've seen so far. Thanks Young Nails!

Always love my nails. Everytime I go I see someone cleaning and sanitizing, so I feel safe going here. Other places I've been to I cant say the same. Staff is friendly and quick. But not too quick were the quality is lowered. Highly recommend.

avoid this place. The owner lies about prices to get tips out of you without your knowledge. Workers are very rough and seem as though they did not receive enough training. I recommend the nail shop down the street called aloha nails.. they are much much better and do amazing work.

I never felt uncomfortable or intimidated whenever I come here. Everyone is nice and very welcoming. Always making sure their customers are happy and well taken cared of. Nina is very accommodating, always doing her best to squeeze me in. She did a good job when I broke my nail right in the middle. No regrets going here. ????

My wife and I like to spoil ourselves with pedicures every few weeks. They are always very pleasant and they do a great job. Yes, like every other small business they do have to multi-task at times but they always apologize. I would recommend them without reservation.

Would just like to start by saying being trained properly is a very important thing when it comes to nails and clearly they weren't. I went here a little over a month ago to get nails done with a friend, now I had surgery on my toe in January which was all healed my nail just looked deformed. When the lady was going to cut my nail she said "no no don't cut like that", as i tried to explain to her I had surgery she started cutting into my nail straight down into my nail bed which hurt alot by the way. After I told her that it wasn't my cutting that made it like that she kept cutting and cutting and by the end of the manicure my toe was red and inflamed. Now over a month later my nail is extremely infected and I have to go back to the hospital to get my surgery again....THESE PEOPLE NEED TO STOP PLAYING DOCTOR AND LEARN PROPER PROCEDURE AND ENGLISH......

Had the worst experience! Bleeding cuticles Saying they could do a design and doubting/not understanding although I showed a picture and they still wanted to do it a different way Painted my nails very messy and expected me to like it never going back there! Walked out crying

Went there this morning for the 3rd time. Very disappointed for a 3rd time. Always try to give any business a fair chance. The girl I had was very rough and cut my toe. When I mentioned it, she just shrugged her shoulders. They are not trained properly and rush too much. Massaged one arm and did not do the 2nd. I guess my time limit was up. Prefer to pay a little more and enjoy my experience. Not sure if equipment was sterilized neither as it was already on a small tray by the time I sat down. Three strikes and you are out!

Wanted to try a new nail salon and a friend recommended young nails to me. I had made an appointment the day of and they seemed to have no memory of it. They worked fast but clearly too fast because she cut me with the tools... not once, but 3 TIMES!! The lady laughed it off like it was normal to do (I have never had this happen and I have gotten my nails done many times in the past). Didn't receive any concern or sincere apology. Definitely never coming back.

I have been getting my nails done by June for years at Winnipeg Nails. She is now the owner of Young Nails.She doesn't rush the job and is a real artist. It is not Ten Spa, but then you don't pay for the luxury. You get the same results for a much more reasonable sum.
