Took my first trip with them last week, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Great service! Driver was very professional, clean and neat in appearance, the car was clean and everything appeared to have been freshly sanitized, not even a finger print to be found on the passenger door. I haven't taken a local taxi since St Albert Taxi closed, as it was the only option that didn't leave me waiting for hours or fearing for my safety. I look forward to using there service in the future, and can say with confidence that I feel safe doing so even in the mits of covid. Great job! Thank you so much.

We called in advance to pre book a ride for a Christmas gathering. The ride to our destination was half an hour late and the excuse given was seemingly untrue when we asked the driver. The return trip was non existent as the driver never showed up fortunately one of our host had not been drinking and was kind enough to give us a ride home. We received a call more than 1.5 hrs after the return trip was scheduled saying they had arrived. In the interim we were lied to repeatedly on when the ride would arrive and given a boat load of excuses (or as l like to call them lies) as to why no cab showed up. Truly this was one of the most unprofessional business interactions I have had. needless to say we will not be using this business again.

The female drive that came to pick me up was fantastic. She was a very excellent driver. I love in general how relaxed and easy going the majority of taxi drivers are, aswell as fun to converse with. She has no problems at all waiting for me once she dropped me off and then taking me to another location right after before home again. Excellent service from her. Once you find a cab driver that you really like it would be nice to make them your regular if that was possible. I would definitely recommend this cab service in St. Albert.

The booking website, despite looking professional, seems to be dysfunctional. After waiting 20+ minutes for a cab to arrive, I discovered at least the phone number is functional. The cab arrived on time (but over 40 minutes from my initial contact) and the driver had difficulty keeping his eyes on the road (checking directions, despite me giving them to him verbally, every 1-2 seconds) and his mask over his nose, despite a few reminders.

To be honest the ride should of been free. Cab driver didn't even know how to get to the destination I wanted which was down the street!! Not only did he turn around, despite the fact I told him he was going the right way (luckily he reset the meter to offset the 4$ of charge that was his own fault), but even as we approached the destination despite me describing ALL the landmarks and where to turn he still almost missed it. Would give zero stars if I could. I have only lived here 2 months and know my way around the city. How can someone whose only job is to learn the roads (main road at that!) not know his way around? Won't be calling this agency again. Save your money.

Have used Flat ride cabs over 10 times with some good experiences. But overall the male dispatchers need to learn a little how to be reasonable, they are RUDE and don't care. I've just kept my mouth shut and kept using the taxi cause i needed away around. BUT what broke the camel's back , i calleD taxi the other day at around 2pm saying i needed a ride for WORK at 4pm they said it would be 40-50 mintues . After 1 hour passed i called for a update the guy very rudely told me was gonna be another hour , i asked what happened and that i had work soon he then told me he couldn't make the drivers go faster and was not his problem flat rate taxi is the better option!
