My favourite salon! I had found this place on Groupon a while back and decided to give it a go. I was on the hunt for a properly run spa with hygienic techniques since I've had some horrid waxing experiences. I went for my first appointment and haven't looked back since! Jennifer is amazing and is really good at what she does. I have a positive experience every single time I go (and I got every 4 weeks). It's a very clean, calm salon and my results are fantastic and Jennifer is great to chat with and makes you feel like you're her only client. Definitely recommend!

This place is amazing. I was traumatized by the previous person I saw for Brazilian wax but Jennifer had restored my faith to continuing on getting Brazilian wax. Not only was she gentle and kind but very informative of the post-op instructions. Also the place is aesthetically pleasing and has a very calming environment.

Had a hydrafacial with Jennifer, great experience and absolutely blown away she blends all the serums, masks and oils herself. This is an actual spa not a conveyor belt of people being churned through. Tranquil and therapeutic...I will definitely return for more services.

Fantastic service! I found this place on Groupon and I was very pleased. I’m 39 weeks pregnant, so I was hesitant that I would be too sensitive but Jennifer was very professional and did a great job that I barely felt anything. I highly recommend it!

I took advantage of their valentine's day package and was not disappointed! It was a little tricky to find because their front entrance is at the back of the building but once you get inside it is so pretty. Jen has a great personality and really cares about her clients. This girl gives the best facial I have ever had and makes her own skin care products to use!

I ended up making an account JUST to leave a review. I went in for a Brazilian and was so shocked at how painless it was. Jennifer kept up a fantastic conversation with me and explained everything before we started to ease my mind and take it off of my nerves. I would never go anywhere else again! I ended up going back for a corrective facial to clear up my skin and bought a line of her skin care (she makes it herself) and was blown away! Nothing I have tried - and I have tried A LOT of products - could clear up my skin. The quality was incredible and I have only been using it for about a month now and my skin is like night and day. I cannot thank her enough for what she’s done for my skin.

My regular waxer (Kelsey from Artistry Esthetics) was working out of a room in this spa for a while which is why I was coming here. I didn’t really like the atmosphere of the main areas and the parking situation was pretty bad, but Kelseys pretty great so I kept coming back. However, on one occasion over the summer she wasn’t available, so an employee of stay gold did my appointment, I think her name was Jen. It was the worst wax of my life, no joke. I was there for over two hours and she only did half the job (was there for full leg/Brazilian and she only did the Brazilian). She was doing it wrong and taking the wax off tiny piece by piece. Not sure if she was using the wrong wax or if she was using the wrong technique but it was brutal. Would never get waxed here again. Edit (since I can’t respond to the businesses response): it isn’t strange to have waited six months at all. I hesitated to leave a poor review as Kelsey was still sharing a space with stay gold, and I felt a bad review on stay gold spa would negatively impact Kelsey’s business. I just had an appointment today with artistry and found out she now has her own store front and is no longer affiliated with stay gold anymore. I still felt the need to voice the bad experience with one of your estheticians, because it was honestly a bad experience. I’m not trying to be malicious, I genuinely had a bad waxing experience, thought the main area was sloppy and that the parking was bad. Maybe try and take this as constructive criticism as opposed to some kind of catty remark. I had a bad waxing experience with one of your estheticians, and think your atmosphere and parking situation needs work, plain and simple.

I have been going to see Jennifer for a few years now and I absolutely love it! Her spa is so beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is really calming. I get waxes regularly and have also been getting hydra facials this year to try and clear up my acne. My skin has never looked better and I actually get compliments on it which I never thought would happen. I can't say enough good things about this place and I recommend it to everyone. Every time I go, I almost feel like I am seeing an old friend. She somehow always remembers what is going on in my life and it is easy to keep chatting until I walk out the front door.

Best wax ever. She uses hard wax not like everyone else. This wax definitely hurt less than the traditional one. Her prices are higher than traditional wax but it's worth every penny.

I didn't think I would ever actually enjoy getting a brazilian wax done but Jen is amazing! Her spa is absolutely gorgeous and the services room is so beautifully decorated and relaxing. She made me feel so comfortable and had me laughing so hard. I don't know how she does it but this was the most painless I could ever expect a brazilian wax to be. I can't recommend her enough!

I'm in a wedding party and had to go in last minute to get my unibrow and nose hair removed. I booked with them and they made time to do it quick and not as painful as you would think. Lol a lot easier than shaving it myself and won't have to do it as often.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would ! Went in for my first Brazilian and had one of the best customer service experience ever. I was a little nervous but Jennifer made me feel comfortable and relaxed, she super friendly and welcoming. This place is very clean and nice. I could not recommend this place enough. Best Brazilian wax I’ve ever had! Jen was very personable and professional. She uses hard wax instead of strips, and it makes all the difference. As far as waxes go, it was nearly painless!
