I have been seeing Adrienne for laser hair removal for a couple years. She is professional and personable and makes me feel comfortable while she is working. The spa is clean and well maintained. Their receptionist is always courteous and helpful . I've also had one massage and had my nails done once here - both services were great. 10/10 would recommend!

This is an outstanding destination spa experience. This recently has become one of my favourite decompression places. I come from downtown Edmonton because it is a personable, efficient, and cost effective place to visit and yet so close to where I live. The owner, Leanna is extremely passionate about what she does. You can tell she loves to serve the public, and makes it look so effortless to put everyone at ease. I recently wanted to book a waxing and pedicure and Leanna managed to line everything up so I didn't have to go twice in 1 week. It feels like "home away from home". You ladies rock!!

I have been to many spas and this is the best by far. The owner Leanna makes me feel valued and welcome. She’s also very funny! I have my pedicures with Dallas and they are always perfect. I have regular massages with Amanda who is an expert in this therapy. She has helped me with many issues. If you have hip problems she can help. Adrienne has the most effective electrolysis technique I have ever experienced. She is also good at laser and takes great pride in her work. Highly recommended!

I have tried two other salons before. The first I had my under arms done and noticed nothing. The second place I purchased a groupon and got my lower legs done. The girl that lasered me burnt my legs and left scabs all over. Suffice to say I did not go back to either places. My sister had recommended Off the Hook. She had gone there and after two visits her underarms were practically hairless. I decided to give it a try and loved it. I was so impressed with the service and the results. Definitely going back there to get other areas done.

They are professional and knowledgeable...and they provide free freezing for pain suckers like me. it was recently taken over by a new owner, I was a bit apprehensive but was so happy to find the same great service, laser and now more treatments like massage, nails and pedicures. Best place in the Edmonton area for sure!

Off the Hook is a wonderful place for laser hair removal. I had my underarms done years ago and it was a fantastic experience then. I tried other places because of specials they offered and the truth is you get what you pay for. The results at the other places were horrible, but the results at Off the Hook have always been fantastic. My 16 year old daughter was there the other day for some laser work and Natalie was so great with her. The business and staff are absolutely fantastic. You will absolutely love going to Off the Hook.

Got eyelash extensions done here a few months s back, I booked for a Volume Full Set and paid over $150 for it had to get them removed at another salon the next day, my eye was puffy and red and most of the lashes where glued to my lid, also they where all classic eyelashes and no volume lashes on my eyes

The experience at this spa was amazing! They all make you feel very welcomed comfortable like you are visiting neighbors. The laser session was well explained so nothing unexpected more than anything that approach was very professional to me and made me very relax.
