Was very happy with my Microblading done by susan. Very professional services . Also got my nails done by Tina Pham. She does a very good job and quick. I called in last min to book and she got me in quick to do my nails. I only had 40 mins before my next meeting and she finish my nails on time. They also have a bar and host bridal party. Love the customer services and the owner are very welcoming . Good job Hi Tech Nails.

I got acrylic nails and A pedicure. The pedicure was bad , the lady did not clean or massage my feet like it said in their description for the service. Nails were done good but took wayyyy too long. Would not go back.

I decided to come by last Sat cause I read online that now it’s under new owner ship and they just renovated the place. I got to admit I loved the services I got last sat. Tina did my nails and everywhere I go I would alway get compliment. They seem very busy on sat , the customer speaks for itself. Very nice renovation. I would def be coming back for a pedicures. Tracy is and has been the only nail tech I've gone too for the past 3 yrs now. I've followed her from her previous shop. This salon is so elegant and clean, extremely professional and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else!????????

I went to get my nails done for my birthday and the nail tech that did my nails didn't cut my nails before she applied the acrylic nails on. My nails were in so much pain I got them removed after 5 days. Paid $90 for terrible service... I thought this was a spa? Never got offered anything to drink. Didn't feel relaxing at all. Will not be going back to this place and I will make sure to tell my friends and family not to go here ever.

I have been going to Hi Tech Nails for many years. I’ve alway have a good time here. One of the things I always recommend this nail salon to all my friends and family’s . Every person I recommend Hi Tech too always had a great time here. I am a doctor, therefore I am very particular when it comes to getting my nails done. I totally loved my nails everytime I get them done at Hi Tech Nails. Great customer services no rush jobs and alway comes out withe what I wanted. The recent renovation and updates to the shop is a big thumbs up. A lot of new products has been added. This is definitely my fave salon to go too and I recommend everyone.

Absolutely loved the group party we had today. There was 8 of us this morning , we each got a mani and pedi . All of the tech is really good at doing nails. Tina Pham and Tracy are very good at doing design nails. So many colour options , and they have a bar. They offered us a free bottle of Red Wine. The price is really good and loved the pedicures. I recommend Hi Tech Nails to anyone. Big salon !

Hi-tech is my go to nail salon. Recently I went and the nails were not quite what I wanted but I had no time to get them fixed as I had gone on my break at work so I had to rush to get back and just accept them as they were. Hi-tech reached out and booked me in with Tina to fix them to exactly how I wanted them right away. The original nails were well done, fantastic shape and everything, just not what I had originally wanted. The fixed set is absolutely perfect thanks to Tina. Fantastic customer service, and the nails are always very nice & don’t peel off right away. I will continue to recommend Hi-tech to people.

I was very happy with the nail set I got from Tina Pham. Was fast , prompt and professionaly done. Liked the fact I didn’t have to wait long when I got in. They were busy when I was there. I went with my friend as she recommended the place because she heard good things about the salon. She had an awful experience as well as I did. It took her close to 3 hours to get her nails and feet done. During this time she noticed that important steps were missed while getting her nails done. It took me a little over an hour to get my nails and feet done. The lady was way to rushed when she didn’t need to be. She had no other clients after me. Needless to say my nails are already chipping not even a week later. Would not recommend. Save your money and go to a place that actually takes pride in their work.

My friend and I came in and were super excited to get pampered and get our nails done and were pretty disappointed at how little care went into the the manicures. I dropped a lot of money to get the full manicure and pedicure, but both of our manicures were jaggedie (not nicely filed down) and they did not put the UV light to help my friends nail polish to dry. Then when the polish got wrecked, instead of taking the time to redo the nail, they just applied more polish on top of the wrecked nailed. The drinks were nice, but to drop $300 on what you plan to be this lovely treat yourself experience and leave with jaggedie, messed up nail polish it’s a bummer. I think that they booked too many appointments back to back and so it felt very rushed. :(

Wonderful nail salon in St.Albert. It's very beautiful inside, tons of pedicure massage chairs, huge tv on the wall for entertainment while you get your nails done. Lots of inventory displayed, all the colors, the selection is inspiring! The nail stations are really nice too. I was comfortable. Great prices. Ask for Mary to do your nails. She works on weekends only!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. The old owners were friendly and the new ones are fantastic as well. I was in earlier this week, and my nails started chipping the day after, but everyone has off days. I’m willing to go back as it’s the first time in a year that I’m not super happy with my nails. Went to get manicure/pedicure with my daughter, worst experience ever! I was back talked constantly, and was very rude towards me. The lady doing my daughter's pedicure was amazing, but mine was awful! We left very upset. I'll never get my nails done here ever again.

Super happy with the services I got today. There was 7 of us. We all got a combo and everyone loved their nails set. Really sanitary salon. All our pedicure seats were covered with liners , the tub was covered with liners. Even the chair were all covered. Highly recommend this nail salon.

I was looking around St. Albert for a place that can do crazy nails design for my friend and I as I have been trying a few other place in St. Albert and feel as if they are not that great. I came to Hi Tech Nails cause a friend recommended me , Tina did my nails. She fixed a mess that another nails salon did. My nails turned out really nice. They are super clean nail salon with a lot of design. If you want something crazy done. These are the guys to go too they got all the blings you would want.

I was excited to try this place out because it has such awesome reviews. I was a walk in, didn’t book. The spa is beautiful! Super modern, and everything was very clean. I got dip powder nails done, an ombré French tip and it’s not exactly what I wanted.. but I know the tech who worked on me tried her hardest. Maybe I have to try out a different lady. Idk I left feeling unsatisfied for the price, but I do appreciate the effort! Lovely salon, will be back for a mimosa pedi date one day. Forgot to say my nails were in pain the night I got them done. I don’t get my nails done normally, so not sure if that was normal?

i swear by this place! sometimes it’s a little busy but they have couches to wait on and you can pick your color while you’re waiting. i always get my nails done here and i love them every time. staff are nice and professional. the vibe and aesthetic of the whole place is really amazing and they even have little pink kid chairs for kids who want a pedicure. i definitely recommend getting your nails done here.

I’m not one to complain but last week I was recommended Hi Tech Nails and I booked there because they were open Sunday’s. Went in for 3 pedicures today, booked for our friends wedding. Thought it would be relaxing and booked at this place for the alcohol option. We got in, they sat us down for our Pedicure. Never once offered us a drink. Which is fine but the girl doing my pedicure was rushing and I was done in 15 minutes. She was rushing because somebody had come in to get their nails done. The other 2 I had booked for were done right after me. It wasn’t what we booked, nor was it relaxing. My sister and friends nails are already chipped. Very unimpressed

I got them done at most place the lash would of fall off in couple days but not here. My nails was done by Tina also too. They will very nice. I would recommend this salon for lash and nails.

I had booked an appointment with Tracy but when I got to the salon I was given a different nail tech that didn’t know how to do gel nails and insisted on giving me acrylic, which I didn’t want. She refused to give me the shape I wanted and rushed the whole appointment. I left without the design and shape I asked for and nails that were not of a good quality. There was also a dog that a staff member brought to the salon which wouldn’t have been a problem if I wasn’t allergic to animals however I don’t think a nail salon is the safest place for a dog considering all of the chemicals in the place. Over all I thought it was quite disorganized and staff didn’t treat the facility like it was a place of work.

Had a mani and pedi the other day and really enjoyed my experience here.The salon is very welcoming and most importantly, very clean! Pedicure bathtub was lined with a disposable plastic liner for each client and tools used were sterilized. Love my gel mani design as well! The artist was very patient with me as I explained what I wanted and recreated the photos I showed her really well! A huge plus is that they have a cocktail bar here, so we enjoyed some bubbly with our services. Highly recommended!

I got gel nails done and they are chunky and do not look good, I chose this salon because of the great reviews and was extremely disappointed with the outcome. The girl I had kept rolling her eyes whilst doing my nails and was rushing to finish them. I do not recommend coming here to get your nails done. Poor attitude from all the employees.
