The name certainly best describes my experience I had today. My coworkers got together to give me the gift of pampering myself for a day and what a day it was. Facial, cranberry mud scrub and wrapped in a warm saran wrap, massage, lunch with wine, manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. The ladies here are fantastic and I have found my new favorite place. Thank you Team, I needed this. ❤

Best experience of relaxation. The girls are very friendly and constantly checking on you. Owners Holly and Sherri are the best and you are always made to feel like family. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They maintain a very clean environment and offer a variety of other products for sale. I've seen young and gracefully aging clients. Even the little ladies who accompany Mommy for a spa day enjoy the experience. Plus if you are a large party of ladies they can certainly accommodate you for your special day. I highly recommend them and you won't be disappointed.

I have been to this spa twice now, once for a pedicure and once for a hydra facial. Both times they were fantastic! I had gel polish on and they took it off properly (by soaking not grinding it off) and did such a nice pedicure which 3 weeks later is still flawless. The hydra facial was amazing, Crystal took the time to learn about my concerns, and was open to all of my questions during the facial. My skin looks so great today and I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend this spa!

I have been to Heaven Essence twice now, and both times I saw Brittany! She was so knowledgable and gave me the best treatments! I had a pedicure and facial, and then came back again for dermaplaining and hydrafacial! My skin feels so nice and my toes are still looking perfect and its been a few weeks! I also love the vibe at this spa! Such a cute little spot for a spa day! I will be back again soon! :)

I have been going to Heaven Essence for my spa needs since 2011. I absolutely love how all the staff treat me. Holly and Sherri make you feel like you are home when you arrive to get any of the treatments. I have had pedicures, manicures, facials, body wrap, massages and waxing done and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I love this place! Walking in here is leaving the day behind. Always relaxing. The ladies there make you feel welcome from the moment you cross the threshold. My wife swears by their nail work and their "OMG" pedicures. I haven't done the pedi yet, but I've had 3 facials with Sherrie and it's fantastic!!! She's amazing! And as an added bonus, so she's also fun to talk to! I just went after a long day at work, sporting a massive headache. But a little peppermint oil and a little temple massage later, things were so much better. Thanks for another fun visit, Sherrie!

I enjoyed two services, for the first time back in June. From booking to paying, the experience was seamless. The spa is clean, social distancing measures followed, staff are very friendly. I happened to sit across from the TV screen advertising their various services, but what I liked the most was the bios of the staff. A great way to highlight all the staff as well as providing an insight to the people providing such a personal service. I'm waiting to book visit #2.

Oct 2020, I've been to this business 3x this year for manicure & pedicure services & last visit was a repair. Clean establishment, easy to pay, smooth transition from start to finish! I typically get served by Sherri ( one of the owners). I have nothing but high reviews to say about my visits to this spa. From their email response time to in-house service it has been top knotch! Even better I can enjoy a coffee & baileys or a mimosa while getting a pedicure. They take the utmost covid precautions, temp screening, hand washing, masks are mandatory unless getting a pedicure. Sherri has one of those types of personality's that being a spa owner this is her niche! She mixes well with various types of people & we all know us ladies can be difficult at times. Sherri for a business owner will not disappoint! At least i haven't been & I have had various types on conversations with her. Today I was served by Holly the other owner (also easy to talk to) and Holly is typically the one who answer emails and does so promptly! Im impressed as thats the level of service I expect. Well Done Holly & Sherri! All the best in 2020. Keep safe. See you in the new year..

I've had pedis, manis, massages and they never disappoint. I sent my mother-in-law and daughter for a grandma granddaughter date and they also loved it. 100% recommended. The ladies are so great! When I missed an appointment on a snowy day, they even called to make sure I was OK and hadn't been in one of the many accidents that day.

Absolutely the best spa! I won’t go anywhere else. The spa is very clean, the girls are professional and friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing. I have had gel nails, manicures and pedicures. The pedicure my husband and I got was great. My only issue was a bit of a wait for our appointment because that were finishing with the previous customers. But I appreciated that they took the time to clean everything and then did spend ample time with us as well. Enjoyed the massage chairs while getting my feet soaked, scrubbed and taken care of. Overall great experience and would come back every month of I could afford it. Was about 60-70 bucks for a pedicure, so for the two of us it adds up!

Havent had a pedicure in years... Had the fire and ice pedicure with gel nails at Heaven Essence and I'm floored. It was amazing! The care was great! And the final result was great too. I would definitely recomend any service here as all the girls that work here are warm and inviting !!!! Very clean place and relaxing atmosphere .
