If you don't trust google reviews just go for one consultation and you will learn for yourself why Joanne should be your first choice! Before I went to FLMA I had a consult at another top google rated establishment where I was told I should get more done then what I was asking for which left me feeling very deflated. This person was not very friendly or forthcoming with medical information and seemed to be in rush for my time with him to end. After this experience I felt like not perusing my concerns any further. But I am so glad I decided to try again and I am very happy with the results from Fine Lines. Joanne is open, honest, educated, patient and just a really lovely person.

Being that I have never had Botox or anything like it done because of the many unnatural results out there, this certainly would be a place to go and have done with positive results. Had a great consultation with absolutely no pressure. She has and will say “no” if someone wants something that she feels is not natural or is completely unnecessary (I personally love that made me feel like she does want what’s best for the customer). I also asked her views on a few concerns I had and she was very honest and told me her thoughts. Very professional, great communication, fabulous customer service and with all the questions I had I never felt rushed she took her time explaining. 5 stars out of 5 ????
