The location is central, best if you plan to walk around the marina and hang out at bars and coffee shops in town. The hotel is old and refurbished, ideal if you like to experience that “cachet” atmosphere.

I only booked at that hotel cuz I was near the arena where they had Jazzfest. Location convenient but room was dirty. They could have invested better money in renovations tho. The bath tub was a bad job of bain magic. You can hear the water between the bath tub and the cover.

Stayed here on business for 2 nights. It ce recommended from a colleague that suggested it after his stay, as usually I just stay at the local Marriott. But overall my experience was positive. The hotel staff are pretty bilingual, at least at the front desk. The room I had was the king and the view was pretty nice as you can see in the picture. The room was quite clean and bed was comfy. Entertainment wise it's pretty limited, the tv can't connect to Netflix unlike other hotels. But other then that I'd recommend, if you are visiting Chicoutimi.
