Le confort des lits et oreillés et très aprécié lors de mes séjours, puisque nous travailons 7 jours semaines, 12 heures par jours. Très satisfait de tout, merci.

Comme je séjourne souvent à votre hôtel je ne comprends pas pourquoi il n'y a pas de petites marques d'attention genre surclassement ou réduction de prix, c'était la première fois que l'on m'offrait le petit déjeuner gratuit en 4 ans

J'ai reçu un accueil chaleureux, la chambre était impeccable et moderne, la chambre de bain était très propre et le plancher dans la salle de bain était chauffant. La nourriture du restaurant attaché à l'hôtel était très bon et le service aussi. Je suis heureuse de faire affaire avec cette hôtel lors de mes visites à Rouyn.

Fin de semaine du party de Noël du staff du Noranda, show de mère ordinaire, le staff était wow même en lendemain de veille le dimanche matin! Belle équipe!

Best option while in Rouyn Noranda. Gym needs major updating and there is virtually no security on the premises. Anyone can get in the elevator and go up to any floor or walk up the stairs.

Staff is awesome. Great restaurant. Other patrons (hockey teams) can be annoying though.

La suite de luxe n'était pas propre dutout. On aurait dit que ça n'avait pas été nettoyé. On a annulé notre 2e nuit.

On nous a offert un excellent souper, avec notre séjour romantique à l'hôtel, pour souligner notre 25e de mariage. En plus, une bouteille de vin nous a été offerte pendant le repas, et un cadeau fut placé dans notre chambre.
