Worst experience ever. I went for a waxing treatment and I felt the girl was training on me. She had to call another person to help her finishing the job. never had to deal with this before. Plus no manager to deal with the issue.

I had been going to Renew for the last year , I been in their Trail location and their Castlegar location as well, trying to support local businesses . I had seen Dr Cameron and Jen, in Trail ,who had always provided a good service on me. However the front of the house needs to learn how to provide costumer service as ever time I have an apt i feel very unwelcome and as if the questions I have are a bother for reception to help solving. I used to go to their Castlegar location but for this reason I switch to Trail , much rather drive from Nelson there to avoid the attitude of the receptionist. Well it was no different in the other location I was treated even worst by the receptionist , who didn’t acknowledge me for awhile when I first arrived , seemed upset about helping solve my problem with my points, didn’t make eye contact , not a smile or a bit of kindness. At the end she slide the receipt on the desk and said “there” to me , I said thank you and she replied yeah. Also not sure how the exact same procedure from the very first time would cost me extra $200 this time around?i been working in the same industry and I know this is not the way you treat your clients !! I had spent lots of money in this clinic in the last year and won’t be making another appt.
