I get gel nails done at soma north with Jenny, she is an amazing nail tech! She offers many options for nail design and is do talented at what she does! If you want nails with beautiful art I highly reccomend Jenny, when booking just let them know you want nail art to ensure she has a few extra minutes because she hand pants many of her designs which can take a few extra minutes.

Nice place and ok atmosphere but prices for cut and colour are ridicilous over $200! There's a lot more options in Regina than just Soma, don't waste your money here.

Went in to see Kim today for a massage and all I can say is thank you so very much. I've been neglecting myself lately but this was the perfect way to relax and get my mental health back into a better state. Kim was professional, sweet and did such a wonderful job at making me feel not only comfortable but well taken care of! I like to get gel nails every once in a while and decided that I would try Soma since I had a gift card. I got the shape I wanted, the colour I wanted, the lady was very nice and when she was done they looked so good! I’ve had them for 5 days now and on the 3rd or 4th day they were chipping and lifting and it looks like I bought some glue on nails from Walmart and did them myself. The gel nails cost $73.50... thank god for the gift card. I won’t be going back.

I got my face lasered in Toronto for 1 year and the hair only got worse. I had my first appointment with Margaret at Soma North, she did her magic and the growth went 60% down with just one treatment. She is amazing, her technique is the best! It’s so worth it. The only regret - Why did I wait for 2 years after my first bad experience in Toronto. They also have great deals going on. Just go for it!!!

Signed up for tanning here to get ready for a hot holiday. The rate seemed reasonable compared to other places I checked out. Unfortunately the customer service/front desk girl is atrocious. Not that pleasant, not that helpful, just seemed lazy and bored. Oh well, I'll tan, but won't be back for other services.

So life happens...I booked a haircut yesterday. I get a call 2 hours prior to the haircut tonight to get told that there would be a 47 dollar charge on top of my haircut for not showing up in September. I am sorry... But what was going on in my life at the time was a lot more important than getting a haircut. As a hairdresser I understood when people didn't show up because well life happens. Never did I or the company I worked for take it out on the client by charging them for their service that was missed. Good way to lose clients Soma .

Great service and awesome staff..my original review was done last month. Now January 2021 just last week I called to make an appointment and then the salon called me back to cancel because of covid and that I cannot wear a mask and yes I have proof that I cannot wear a mask. Soma North was well aware of my emphysema and asthma since June 2020. Now thee manager is discriminating me and yet she personally had waxed my back before too. I can assure this type 9f discrimination will not go.inheard and I'm hoping this place well the manager gets educated on discrimination and violating human rights. They even bave on their computer that I am exempted from.having to wear a mask. So my 1 star rating is now more accurate. The two ladies Jennifer and Bailey that cut my hair are awesome but it's a sh they lost a customer cause of this manager also they sawy medical proof just as well. What a fine way to treat a customer that's been going there since June 2020 So
