I had a massage by Charmaine and it was sooo relaxing but yet did treat my tense muscle issues. The fireplaces in the massage rooms are so relaxing. Such a great oasis!

Amazing Age-Defying Facial aesthetic service. Excellent staff, from the desk to the aesthetician. Booking appointments is easy, and there is plenty of parking. I love the results! The nail service room looked gorgeous and very relaxing. I am very pleased with this location and this Spa.

A great place to go for a manicure or pedicure! Did mother daughter pedicures and the ladies did a wonderful job! They offer beverages and the option of purchasing the polish you choose as well.

I went there to wax my eyebrow (which i let grow for months so they have more to work with). I expected awesome professional service where they would define them. I explained that i wanted to follow my natural line, clean the edges and take out from the bottom etc. She just merely touches the corners, then when i told her again. She merely touched them again. I left paying way more money than these merely touched eyebrows were worth.

Maria was AMAZING!! We have been to the south location before for pedis and it wasn't all that great but felt very at home and had some great conversation, service was well worth the money we paid! I can't remember the other womans name but she was also awesome! (Greek lady) will 100% be back and will be buying packages for family/friends for birthdays and Christmas!

I've been to Soma East for many massages and pedicures. It's always very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Getting in and out is always very efficient, with excellent service and friendly staff. I am always happy with my pedicures and massages. In fact, I recently had a shellac pedi elsewhere that was terribly done. They cleaned it all up and made it look great with vinyl polish within an hour. I'll keep coming back to this location.

I went for a spa pedicure and it was amazing! Very friendly staff and a great pedicure. 4 days before my wedding, my gel nail appt with a different business didn’t end up happening. I went for a pedicure and explained my situation to the tech doing my pedicure. While I was relaxing, they went to check when they could fit me in for gel nails. They got me a nail appointment the next day and Megan did an amazing job! I ended up breaking a nail the night before leaving for my wedding. I called in and they got me in the next morning! The lady came in to work 1/2hr early to fix my nail. Customer service has been freaking amazing! This was my first time going to soma and they made a great impression.

Had a Basic Shellac Pedicure with Claudia. I've been getting pedi's for years and I can say this is up there with one of the very best ones I have ever had. I am very fussy, so trust me when I say, the nails were all perfectly polished and the leg massage was amazing. Covid protocols are above and beyond. I do think this service is pricey once you include tip, I was over $100 but she was truly worth it. Claudia is also a very professional and pleasant gal who makes very polite conversation and made the experience very enjoyable. I'll be back, she is worth the money.

I really love it experiences here. The massage therapists really listen and do their best to address your issues. She made me realize that a massage isn't just for relaxation but can honestly help so many problems. Thank you Rayanne, I felt so much better and have been keeping up with the stretching you have turned the worst pain of my life into something bearable. Can't wait to see you again. Also Charmaine thank you for all your years of helping my daughter with her migraines and listening to her. Also the rest of the places looks like such a wonderful place be (especially to get a pedicure, I love the seperate room!)

I booked a 90 minute full body massage. The therapist did not complete the massage properly, cut it to just over an hour, and applied so much pressure to my neck resulting in a migraine. I wrote to them to complain and the owner Vicky responded with an apology and a full refund. Please check what qualifications the therapist has and ensure you are safe and comfortable.

This is the first time I have been disappointed in my pedicure here! ☹️. Nails were done beautifully...but my heels were rough! That is why I go for a pedicure...and I expect my heels and feet to be smooth, but instead I had to finish the job at home when I realized the job was not complete! Not sure I will go back!

We had the pleasure of taking our son here for his first haircut during the covid-19 pandemic. We can't thank everyone there enough for the professionalism and kindness. Our 16 month old was a little skeptical at first, but he quickly opened up and they did an awesome job. He got a little restless towards the end, so they said he could come back anytime to finish it off. Thanks to Destiny for her awesome work. Also thanks to the rest of the staff for taking care of Xander during his first haircut. Would 100% reccomened any services here.

Price was actually less than expected for how high end the business was presented.. but they did a really great job of my sisters hair and even checked in with me in the waiting room to bring coffee and make sure I was comfortable while waiting for her! I booked an appointment online the day before. Had to give my credit card and got a confirmation email. On my way the the appointment I received a call they were double booked no apology nothing only can you come a different day. Well if I could I would have booked it on a different day. Why did you take me c/c and send me a confirmation in something you couldn’t deliver. Horrible customer service. Oh yes they even charge my c/c at time if booking $1. But was was refunded but no mention on the site about the charge.

Wish I could post pictures to here. In June 2018 I came in wanting to colour my hair brown with tints of purple that would show in the sunlight and some blonde highlights. I showed her a picture, and she completely messed up. She left big chunks of blonde in my hair and the top of my hair was full on purple. She charged me nearly $200 and “fixed” it for free the next day. All she did was make it darker but was unable to get the purple out. I walked around with purple hair for months. So unprofessional to let me walk out of the salon the way they did. Will not get my hair coloured here again!! The girl who did it was newer to colouring hair but I was assured on the phone that she was good. She even had a senior stylist helping her along the way.

Really great staff. I tried to book for Mani/Pedi but they book up quite fast! I managed to book a massage and I just wanted to give the readers a heads up that if you are looking for a therapeutic massage this is NOT the ideal place to go. Asked for deep therapeutic and got a relaxing soft touch massage. My friend said the same thing when she went a month prior. If relaxing soft touch is your thing then great place to go!!
