Absolutely horrible. Worst customer service!!! Will never visit again,

Appalled by the nail techs customer service. I had a nail appointment at 3:00 she didn’t get me in until 3:25. She removed my polish from one hand then told me she had another appointment at 5 so I had to keep my design simple. I wasn’t too impressed by this point and asked her to just finish the removal and she refused and told me to go to slayed and get them finished. Never have I experienced this immature behaviour before. They sent me away with one hand removed on a Friday night good luck getting in somewhere else, but I took her advice and went to slayed and a wonderful lady there felt so bad for my experience she stayed late to fix my nails for me. Response: I see your reply and the proper facts would be appreciated, your nail tech made me wait 25min which I did not get upset about I asked before we got started if I would make it in time for my next appointment, all she said was yes. I never commented on any nail polish display, I never even disscussed a nail design with her yet, FACTS are everything and what your stating is not the truth and I take great offense to this, saying I was swearing profusely to the owner, i'm in utter shock reading these lies, saying I was threateng and berated those are strong words to accuse someone of. If you stand by your actions and those of your nail techs you could just tell the story as it happened without fabricating it to make me out to be a monster, just yet another disgraceful display of professionalism!!!! Your nail tech got offended because I had a picture up from the slayed page (her former place of employment) I had no idea things ended badly and that would make her feel uncomfortable, was not my intention. As I later heard that she told you "the manager" she thought I was there to set her up....I have no time for salon drama that is not what I was there for. I found your salon and saw it was close to my house so I thought id give it a try, thats all!!! You say I was belittling her??? Please explain how you guys advertising a picture from pintrest advertising your new nail tech and me asking if she did the work is belittling? I was scrolling through looking for ideas for my nails and came across the photo on pintrest it was all coincidental it was definitely not to be offensive. I think with the history of her and slayed and me being a client of slayed made her feel uncomfortable, and she and yourself should have handled the situation in a more professional manor not assuming im there for any other reason then to get my nails done. You as a manager should never have let the situation get to that point, and should explain to your nail tech how to act professional in every situation regarding your clients as this was really just a big misunderstanding but because of it I will never be back. And further to that when you walk into a room where someone is getting a service you should introduce yourself as the manager not just walk in and say what do you want done with your nails because the nail tech has another appoint at 5 so you have to keep your design simple, I had no idea who you were it was all very confusing and over all a bad experience.

Karlee is absolutely amazing at what she does! I come to her for all my esthetic needs (nails, lashes and brows). She slays every. single. time. Karlee is also the sweetest girl to talk to and genuinely wants you to look your best! 10/10 recommend booking an appointment with her! Overall such a cute salon! Very clean and trendy. Location is easy to find with parking right in front of the salon!

I have been to this spa before and have had different hairstylists, they are all amazing. I just got my haircut done by aaron brousseau. I have to say he is by far my favorite. Loved his personality and his knowledge and techniques of cutting hair. I cant wait to go back. Everytime is a great experience. Thanks Aaron I love my new look and feel like a million bucks!

Aaron has been colour mastering my hair for five years. He has achieved feats I would not trust other colourists to do with my hair. His flair for a natural looking ginger hair is brilliant. The first day I met him, he brought me from boxed blue black dye to ginger in one day with silky, soft hair. Over the last five years, he has taken my hair from dark, to red, to blonde without sacrificing too much length or sacrificing the integrity and softness of my hair. With each colour make-over, people I meet believe my hair colour is natural. Currently, I am a ginger for a third time. Aaron has never pushed my hair further than it could take. He has a great eye for detail for what colours will suit a client. He has understanding of his craft and can easily explain the details to clients of the hows and whys of hair maintenance. He is a lot of fun to spend time around, which helps for those longer hair appointments!

Aaron Brousseau was amazing! I had specific requests for my colour and he did exactly what I wanted. He is very thorough and made sure to include any treatments I needed. I have a lot of hair and my appts are usually longer but he makes sure to get everything exactly right. Thank you!

Worst place I have ever been 9to. My appointment started 15 mins late. They had a new girl work on my lashes she had admitted "I never really am allowed to do lashes" she took 3 hours. And my lashes are comming out in 5 or 6 real lashes. As they are all glued togeather. They where not properly spaced lashes and when I had said something she offered to "fix" them but after 3 hours? I needed to get out as they dont even have a separate space for lashes! All I heard the entire time was another women who was friends with the worker talk about her horrible mother in law. It was the worst experience of my life.
