The spa was clean and bright and very welcoming. My technician, Tee, was absolutely wonderful. He did a great job. He was personable, joyful, and very kind. The massage was amazing. They have a huge selection of polish colours and great massage chairs. While Tee was my technician, all the other employees were great too. I intend to make this my regular nail salon and I reccommend it highly.

Pink Rose management genuinely care about making their customers happy. Due to lack of communication I did not get the lashes I wanted the first appointment and I left feeling unhappy with the end result. I went out of my way to inform pink rose. They considered my feedback and showed that they wanted to fix the lashes. I was hesitant in giving them another try but I am so glad I did. Rose did a great job on my lashes the second time, she knew exactly what I wanted. I was so pleased with the end result that I had to tip. I went from being a disappointed customer to a very happy one. A suggestion for other customers is make sure to describe exactly what you want! A constructive feedback for the staff is make sure to communicate about what the customer wants before initiating the service. I definitely recommend Pink Rose Nails and Spa for eye lash extensions. The staff do a fantastic job on manicures and pedicures.

Waited half an hour after the time that I booked to get my nails done ???? and got tips on and waited another 10 minutes to get gel on my nails. Then the whole time the lady was doing my nails and putting gel on them it sounded like she was complaining about doing gel.???? did not feel welcome at all. My nails didn't even turn out that great after being there for 3 HOURS. Yikes.

I love this salon. I just recently started going here. The staff make you feel welcome and they always do a good job. They have various price points to meet your needs. I also love the variety of colours and add on’s that you can purchase. My last pedicure included an overcoat that made my toes look like “tiger eyes” - so unique! They also offer a different monthly special. I always look forward to my visits! ????????????‍♀️????

2nd time at this shop. Both times had to wait 1/2 hr for appt and 1st time there we were 1st appt of day. When picking color they kept saying gel. No I don’t do gel. Picked a color that had a pattern. Didn’t get it. Girl who started pedicure said she didn’t know how to do it so I got their nail artist. What a laugh. Left a note saying I didn’t get what I paid for. Under normal circumstances I would have accepted the come back tomorrow and get color redone but the next day was my mom’s funeral. So sorry was their offer. Yep, sorry just doesn’t cut it. I will look for another shop. Can not recommend them.

Very friendly. I think the person applied the fake nail extension a bit funky and wasn't as familiar or comfortable with the dip powder nail technique so the shape is a little funky, but still very nice. Would go back.

We arrived ahort notice. My boyfriend and I both had spa pedicures. The technicians were amazing and very professional. The massage chair was awesome, lots of settings. Soft music playing. I highly recommend! 5 pedicure chairs available.

I love Pink Rose nails! Everyone is very friendly and outgoing! In the winter they help you with your shoes and jackets. They love walk-ins for those clients who have hectic schedules. They always remember you by name and offer beverages! Amazing. Just amazing!

Very happy with my fingernails! My toenails turned out too.... after 6 coats of paint were put on my big toe. I commend the lady for trying hard to get it right, but I wish she just started over. Either way they gave me complimentary Shellac, which definitely evens it out! -1 Star because I wish the communication was better. There was a moment where everyone in the shop was staring at me and talking frantically mid appointment, but no one explained what the conversation was about... Maybe I'll never know...

Went in for a shellac pedicure, and as soon as we opened the door we were greeted and helped with our shoes. The owners and staff are really lovely, friendly People! They made sure my sister's colour was the exact shade she wanted, we were served complimentary coffee and candy and the pedicure itself was wonderful. They paid a ton of attention and time to make sure the pedicure experience was well worth the affordable price. We were even given a free perifen wax as they have monthly promotions! Found my new nail spot!

I found them from my Google map just outside Regina. I was headed home to Manitoba from Edmonton. This place is wonderful and the staff were great. Lovely quiet ambiance a's a hopefull walk in they very quickly assured me they could definitely help with my problem right away. I had broken a nail (with a gel polish gift from my sister in Edmonton on it) very short and painfully. My nails are not something I particularly keep up on so I had no idea what if anything could be done. They were able to fix the nail beautifully no more painful end on finger. Perfect shape and size match to my nails. And although I had the nails done in Edmonton they did an absolutely wonderful match. Also - big plus for me- the hand towels in washroom are regular clothe face clothes. I like ecologically friendly places that may not be able to do lots but do whatever they can. Highly recmoment.

It was the first time my daughter and I ever had manicures done. We had mixed up what we wanted done but they were super understanding and accommodating. Their services were professionally done and very knowledgeable. The lady that did our nails was super sweet but all of the staff was friendly and helpful.

My appointment was at two o'clock for manicure and pedicure. It took 2 1/2 hours.I asked for special care of my cuticles explaining the problems I experienced. My request was ignored and now I am experiencing pain. I an glad that others have had a good experience. There was only one young woman that was insensitive while all others were very good. It is unfortunate that she kept taking over from those who were listening and respectful of my needs. One staff person spoiled the experience and the final result.

i got my nails done 3 days ago and nails weren’t straight which i just brushed off mistakes happen but the day after getting them done the nail colour started to turn brown starting at the edges i went back in and they said basically it was my fault and they charged me 15 bucks for a simple colour change. not going back.

Brought my 5 year old for her first Mom and daughter manicure. She loved it so much she wanted a pedicure! She enjoyed the massage chairs while getting her pedicure and the ladies were super accommodating, I also got to enjoy sitting in the massage chair. Visiting from out of town so I was a walk-In. They were able to take me right away. The shop is very clean with all the equipment well sanitized with disposable liners and foot covering. Customer service is primary and the pedicure I received was excellent. Regina is lucky, wish this shop was in Vancouver. Prices were very reasonable as well.

This was literally one of the worst lash experiences of my life. I am not one to usually complain but I have volume lashes and I know what volume lashes are and how they work as I’ve had them for years. The lash tech was NOT. certified to do volume and only had a certificate for CLASSIC. She filled in my lashes that were needing to be filled with classic lashes which left my volume looking bulky and weird. When I got up and looked in the mirror it looked like I hardly had a fill. This was such a upsetting experience to have to pay $60 for something you guys aren’t certified for and shouldn’t be offering as a service aswell as disrespectful to people expecting volume lashes. My appointment was also supposed to be at 3:30 I didn’t get started till 4:30. Worst experience with lashes ever
