I was a first time customer and I left unsatisfied. I paid $114.45 to come out of the salon looking the same. I wanted a trim and color. I felt they didn't have time to do my services. They shouldn't have booked if they didn't have time. I sat there for 2 hours and 15 minutes. The services I received lasted 30 minutes. I sat on my phone waiting for someone to come help me. I had to come home and wash my hair because of the products that were used on me. Not a good experience and idk if I'll ever go back.

Iv been in the Spa industry for 12 years working in Canada's #1 spa, needless to say I have a high standard for hospitality, cleanliness and eye for details. The I feel like I'm in good hands with the staff at Miyosiwin. Great job Jennifer my cut and color is always nothing less then perfect. I love Miyosiwin Salon Spa for their men's haircuts. I've booked cuts with Jen, Natalie, and Naomi and all 3 have done an exceptional job. They listen to what it is you want and don't just buzz cut your whole head like some other places.... although I'm sure they're talented at that too if it's what you're looking for :)

Can't wait to go back for waxing or mani/pedi services! Great, bright, clean location, friendly employees, fantastic value (comparatively low prices paired with high quality!). Also diligent in their sanitization and COVID protection measures; everyone was wearing a mask and they even had disposables to wear while getting your hair cut or dyed to avoid getting your nice re-usable mask stained or anything! So thoughtful ^_^

Friendly staff! A little pricey though for my liking. All I got was a hair wash, cut & hair straitened for a little over 80 bucks. Other than that, I enjoyed myself there. I got to sit & relax. Get beautified. Also, I'd like to try the spa.. for the Miyosiwin Spa experience.
