This is the third time I has come here and book for Anna. I go for Deluxe Pedicure number 3 with hot stone massage and paraffin wax. She takes care my nail properly and provides the professional service. I feel relax after she does massage my legs. The salon is clean and every tools is sanitized. The pedicure kit is deposable and just use one time for each client. Definitely recommend here and Anna's service.

The salon was very clean and set up for covid. All the ladies were so sweet! My nail tec was absolutely adorable, she was so kind and very gentle, she did an amazing job on my nails! And omg the hand massage she gave me was to die for! I definitely recommend going there! They also offer tea, coffee, and chocolate! 11/10 ????

What an amazing salon! Brought my 3 yr old and they had Minions set up on the tv for her before we even walked in the door! They were great with her and they do the best pedicures in town! Great work and price is right on!

I have tried different nail salons in Regina but none are comparable to the excellent service you get at Lush. Yennie is so talented! She creates gorgeous nails and always listens to what I want and makes the exact same nail as the one in the picture! She is very detailed and shapes the nails so beautifully. I am very satisfied with the nail service Lush provides. Booking an appointment online is very easy at Lush and the customer service is fantastic. All the ladies are very kind and polite.

Booking with Peony for Acrylic at the very last minutes and it's so amazing???? I let her choose the design for me and now I can’t stop staring at my fancy summer vibe ????Pedicure - Citrus service with orange and lime. I like the salon for its good scent, cleanliness and professional service. They do it so properly from receptionist to technician. They also have nice coffee and candies to relieve my hunger ???? Highly recommend ???? Definitely grab a friend and try other services next time

I booked a pedicure without reading reviews, looking at the place or anything... Crazy I know. I wanted to be spontaneous and try something new. I was NOT disappointed. My technician was incredible from the moment I got there, until the moment I walked out of the door. The salon is immaculate and very gorgeous! So beautiful and relaxing. They even have a loyalty program, which I will definitely be taking advantage of. I got a #2 pedicure for $45 (plus tax+tip). A VERY good price, a VERY good technician and a beautiful salon. I cannot wait to go back!

A great nail salon! I made a first visit with my mom and we had such a lovely luxurious time. I made a second visit before heading back to England and despite the loss of power and no working card machine, the lovely women gave me a FREE manicure. Highly recommend.

I started going here a few months ago and haven’t gone anywhere else since. The salon is clean, staff are friendly and very accommodating, and the price is reasonable. I see Anna for manicures. It was my girlfriend second time visiting the spa with a three-year gab between. It started out great with the hostess at the door and then went rapidly down from there. The pedicurist was busy talking with the colleagues about a fight she had with one of the other girls so she didn't even greet. Nor did she have the courtesy of asking my girlfriend what shape she wanted. During the 35 minutes treatment she did not talk with my girlfriend, she was busy complaining about her job, the place and her colleagues. She even said "I don't care if this comes on TripAdvisor". The final result is below any other place on Key West. And for price of 55 dollars this was a nightmare - there will not be a third time.

Bought a membership service (10 facial package) from them and they told me it doesn't expire. That was the reason I bought it in the first place. I got to use only 2 facials. When I called to make appointment for the 3rd, they said that it was expired but booked it for me because the owner was out of town and they couldn't confirm. They said they will talk to the owners, and now have confirmed that they cannot extend. They mentioned that the owner changed and hence the policies. When I pointed out that their website has the photo of the person(owner) that I had bought the package from, they changed the story and said she is just an investor and there are multiple owners. I wasted a lot of money on it and now I feel completely ripped off. I believe they should be reported to BBB because I noticed that I'm not the only customer being ripped off. They should not be able to run a business like this.

I had a pedicure service here couple of days ago while waiting for my wife to get her nails done, and I loved it! It was my first time getting a pedicure and their staff did an awesome job! Will definitely go back here next time my wife needs to get her nails done again. Oh and the massage chair was superb! ????

My bridesmaid and I got our mani and pedi's done here the day before my wedding and we got the most amazing service! The ladies were a joy to talk to, never rushed through our appointment (like other nail salons) which usually ruins the experience and they were patient with our choices. It's unfortunate some others are posting such different reviews because they truly made our experience fun and our nails were great! I will definitely be back!

My friend and I went to Zen Spa for a mani and pedi Shellac and the place was beautiful, the ladies were nice. We left after our service, went out for dinner and just before bed, my one fingernail that was painted with shellac came right off. I was not happy as we were leaving for Mexico the next day for my wedding. I got married on Tuesday and by Monday all of my nails were off. They fell right off. This was extremely disappointing as this was not a cheap place to go. The day of my wedding, I had to go and get my nail re-done. I would not recommend getting an mani shellac service.

I will have them removed later this week and after this experience I will not be getting them done in the future this experience has scared me off of nail salons. I went to Lush Beauty Spa Albert few days ago to get my nails done and they did a great job! My nails turned out exactly as I wanted to be! To be honest, at first I was kind of hesitant to go here since I saw some bad reviews from other people, but still decided to give it a try, and I am glad that I did! Will definitely go back in a few weeks and I definitely recommend this salon!

terrible service they were rude to me, the job was not done in a timely matter and tried to make me pay for an awful job. They cut up my fingers and were rough during the entire process, they also placed the acrylic right on my cuticle, i also have a nail that isn't even the shape that i asked for. i will not be returning back to this place.
