I have been going to JFY for years. It is my go to place for any type of massage, mani, pedi, Etc.. Corynn used to be my go to for massages but since she moved I now see Katie G and she is wonderful. The environment at the spa is serene and perfect. All of the FYI staff from start to finish are professional. I highly recommend JFY!

This was my boyfriend and myself first time at Just for you and unfortunately we had a bad experience. I had booked a 60 minute couples massage at 2 pm. We arrived at 1:40 so that we had plenty of time to fill out the paperwork and relax. After filling out paper work we were sat in the waiting area until 2:05 (after our appointment started). We were then brought upstairs by our therapists and escorted into the room. By the time we got up the elevator into the room and left to undress it was well after when our appointment should have started. As soon as we got into the room, the therapists both tried to up sell us on special oils, hot stone massages, etc. I was not happy with this because if I wanted something different I would have told them myself and it makes for an uncomfortable experience when trying to be up sold. The therapists also did not explain anything about what to do or how the hour would go. As this was my boyfriend and myself first time getting massages we had no idea what we were supposed to do or which items of clothing to take off once the therapists came back into the room. Personally my massage was very painful and not relaxing at all. The massage table my boyfriend was on was squeaking the entire time which was very annoying and distracting. The massage did not last an hour because we came back out of the room at 3:05...considering we didn't start the massage until about 2:10 it definatley was not a full hour. All in all it was not a good experience and we will most likely not be returning. Edit: I just wanted to edit my post and talk about the experience after. I changed my rating up one star because I was impressed by the level of customer service that was provided to try and make the experience right. The manger was in touch with me immediately after and did rectify the situation. I have not had a chance to return to the spa but I would like to give it another try. I just wanted to change my review as I was very impressed with the spa trying their best to fix the situation.

I love this place but I can only speak for facial and body treatments. It is a touch more money than in some other places but it is certainly worth it because they have got some really good specialists and the atmosphere is super nice.

Chronic pain is my problem. Lori the RMT is really excellent. Knows her stuff, skilled, and had me relaxed and feeling better. Knew where to focus to ease my pain. Thanks for the refresh! Afterwards I felt so good.

Just for You Day Spa is my favorite place to go to relax, rejuvenate and really take time for myself. The staff are all so friendly, the customer service is amazing and the technicians are really well trained and really go give you incredible treatments. There isn't another spa that I would ever want to go to. Thank you ladies for being so wonderful and always providing me with an amazing experience!

Excellent excellent pedicure from Kelsey C!!! Great attention to detail...strict protocols for protection against covid... all staff wore masks and sterilized chairs, equipment and instruments after and during treatments...highly recommend Kelsey! Thank you. Massage with souffle cream on August 5, 2020: Excellent massage by Melissa R! Included orange creamsicle souffle cream (body butter) and it was both therapeutic and moisturizing. Staff followed strict covid prevention protocols as usual (even before covid) and clients and staff were required to wear masks. The spa is spotless! I like to park out front along the side of the road and I have not had a problem yet in finding a spot. I do go a little early to make sure that I get one. Personally, I highly recommend Melissa, who is both well-trained and delightful to be with. Thanks!

I always go to Heather (unless she's not available) for my massages and she is phenomenal! She is so professional and knowledgeable, and takes extra care to make sure I'm comfortable during my treatments. The spa is also beautiful and so relaxing as soon as you walk in! Highly recommend.

Never been at Just For You before but I had a detox wrap and it was such a great experience. Got to relax and have some tea afterwards and i was so relaxed and impressed. I had my favorite shoes stolen at the front door and that was such a bummer after such a nice treatment and -30 weather but the staff was doing everything they could to help out and because of the great treatment and service that wont stop me from coming back!

Disappointing experience. I was looking for the best spa in Regina to take my mom to for her birthday. Based on the reviews I chose here. My pedicure was okay but I’ve had much better pedi’s in the $40 price range. First thing I noticed was that the chair was too small and uncomfortable and the footstool she had me put both legs on didn’t fit my calves so I was tensing up just to keep my legs on it, I’m tall but not overweight. I can’t imagine that this isn’t an issue for most people. There was no music just the loud hum of an old hvac system. The service provider started off by describing all the pedicure options even though I had already chose what I wanted and tried to upsell the fall promotion. It was hard to understand her especially through a mask so I spent the first 5 minutes trying to understand what she was even saying. Not welcoming or relaxing. The towels used were old and scratchy. There was nowhere to hang my coat and purse so I sat it on the floor next to me. The treatment itself was so-so. What really annoyed me was when I went to pay $200 for both treatments the receptionist didn’t inform me that my mom (who finished sooner than me) had already tipped for her service. It seemed like she was hoping I’d tip for the entire bill and would have had my mom not told me. Not a luxury spa experience at all. Too expensive for what it was. I will not be back. My mom did really enjoy her facial though she had no issues and I was glad for that.

Went for a wax, was rushed through and left feeling sticky and overwhelmed. When I got home I found the job done was so patchy I ended up having to shave. What a waste of money and time. -- update - after review the manager called to speak to me and I am giving the spa another try. I will update again after the service. I went back, this time for a therapeutic massage. I had to change my rating to 5 star. I was impressed with the level of service and knowledge my masseuse had. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I recently just got a pedicure here and it was 70 dollars which I understand it is a beautiful spa and the pedicure itself was relaxing. But the lady doing my toes had to redo my one toe about 3-4 times and it was just about closing so she was rushing. It’s been about a week and my toes are completely chipped and the toe she redid is almost completely off and smudged. I wore the take home $2.00 flip flops (which it was very cold and I had parked about 2 blocks away) I didn’t let air blown on them and when I got home I put my feet up until I went to bed making sure I never smudged them. Yet they still were smudged and chipping the next morning. I’m just disappointed that my total was about 77 dollars with tax and the flip flops I didn’t expect to pay for? Not including my tip either. I just expected more.

This was my first spa experience since my son was born 11 years ago. Super friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I fell asleep during my chai scrub/mud/massage thing. It was amazing. My pedicure? That was pretty fantastic too. My feet had never been so pampered before.

Negative Experience! Very Expensive! Myself and my wife have gone here multiple times for many different services and I would say they struggle with consistency. Half of our experiences have been quite bad. I will certainly admit that the building and inside of spa are quite nice. But that is about where it ends. Their nail services are VERY EXPENSIVE for what they are. Pedicures are also slightly ghetto because they just put your feet in a metal bowl. Massages are also overpriced. Many better options. All in all, it's just not worth the price and hassle of parking.

I have been twice so far. I paid for 90min and 120mins deep tissue massage but only lasted 75mins and 110mins. It seems like they start the timer as soon as I walk in.
