If you're looking for the Ultimate Romance Package - This place is for YOU! My husband and I plan a Couples Service at least once per year; and no one comes close to En Vogue for this! The ambiance is spectacular! "Time Together" is our go to package. It starts with an infused jet tub soak for two, which is fabulous, we add a couple of glasses of wine and just unwind. Afterwards, the double doors open to a beautifully appointed room with side-by-side massage tables, soft lighting and the fireplace flickering - just WOW! What a great wedding, anniversary, Valentine's or Christmas gift! We highly recommend En Vogue and their team for the Ultimate Couples Experience!

We had a mother daughter day at the spa it was so wonderful. The teen chill out package was great for my teen who is 14. She got a brow shaping facial and massage all in one for great price. I wish I liked it more. The staff were friendly but for the price I expected that towels, a robe and other things would be more or less new..instead everything looked worn out..Also, this place consists of multiple small rooms with thin walls. If someone is in a pedicure room, you will hear them in a body spa room. It wasn't possible to relax..

I have been going to En Vogue for over 15 years and absolutely LOVE this spa. The owners and staff are very professional and friendly. I've had various treatments from the aroma massage, scalp massage, different facials, therapuetic massages and specialized skin care treatments and they are ALL amazing. The Indian foot massage is incredible and the body wraps are invigorating. The atmosphere is so relaxing and I always feel wonderful after every treatment. This is my 'Go To' spa for all head to toe body treatments.

Wouldn't go back. Just a number on their to do chores list as they check off each little thing they do for you The nail techs then hand it in at the front desk and you stand their waiting as they tally up every little thing ...i can only imagine it says as I only caught a glance but....Filed nails, removed cuticles, used 2 drops of nail oil, used 1 pump of lotion etc. Good God just charge the 100 bucks for the nail service and put us out of the long drawn out pain. Terrible! I went there on 3 occasions. Same thing every time. Never again.

Super bad service and super weird rules. Every 2-3 weeks I spent 200$ or more to the skin treatment. Yesterday, I had appointment but I called to reschedule another day because I have very important meeting. They said they can't and charge 50% the service. I check my credit card today and they charge 92$. If you guys do this way, I am sure you will loose a lot of regular customers. I never come back your bad service and never never. The owner: Honestly, I don't know how you do the business and lied too much. I booked my appointment 4weeks ago why you told I just booked yesterday and I did not cancel several times before. Why do you lie? Why why why? I don't care whatever you told because you lied. You don't know how to take care the customer. I will claim to the credit card company because you are not allowed to pre-authorize. I didn't use the service why I must pay 50%. Beware to this spa if everyone doesn't want to lost money for your cancellation. They still charge without any reasons.

Yesterday, I saw Alyssa for a Virtual Reality pedicure and it was incredible! It was so relaxing, listening to and watching waves crash onto the beach while my feet were being pampered! I was so relaxed that I think I might have dozed off a bit! It was a wonderful way to step out of my reality and fully relax! There were several different options for the experience as well, including watching the Northern Lights, a waterfall, floating through the clouds! There was even options for guided meditations of various lengths, breathing exercises, and the sounds of the reality! 10/10! Would definitely recommend a VR Pedicure, especially if you want to take an hour to escape and come out feeling pampered! The staff is excellent and the actual service was awesome!

Services are fine - customer service is terrible. Contacted them about having an allergic reaction during a pedicure (rash, hives, burning) and got a defensive response saying they are not sure how it happened and all they can do is not give me that part of the service next time. No apology, no acknowledgement as to how hurt I really was and no offer to help except to exclude part of the service. In fact at the end when i expressed my nervousness to return, the lady told me she would understand I would never come back again. I really liked this spa but apparently they could care less if the customer never comes back.

Thai foot reflexology is very light, I nearly can’t feel anything. I feel I waste my money, the nice thing is in the end the therapist chatted with me for a long time, she is a nice lady, thanks. But the massage is disappointed. And I had the therapist massage too also very light, during the massage I felt cold I ask the therapist if can bring me a blanket she didn’t help. general feeling very soso massage.

I booked the Sparty Room for a group of 7 to celebrate an engagement party, and was super impressed by the response and customer service. we all had different services, ranging from pedicures, massages and facials. I specifically had the seasonal facial and it was wonderful! I was so relaxed, and my face felt so nice afterwards. The lady who handled my service was so lovely to deal with, and very professional. I have been a client of En Vogue for several years. Over the years, I have received a variety of spa services. Today, I got a pedicure and came away so impressed. First, the quality of the pedicure was fantastic. Sandra, my esthetician, is professional, but warm and always does an outstanding job. As well, the attention to client safety during the COVID pandemic has been excellent. Their cleaning protocols are thorough. As I received my pedi, I watched an employee clean a couple of adjacent rooms. Wow! She was incredibly thorough. I am so impressed by how this business is run. From the reception staff, to the estheticians, to the cleaning staff, to the owners, professionalism, high quality and care for clients is the norm. I highly recommend En Vogue!

We had the spa do our makeup for 9 of us for my daughters wedding on May 19/18. The one artist did a good job.... but the lady who did 3 of us, all I can say is I could have been the clown in the movie IT, it’s a good thing that I used to do a lot of makeup applications... I ended up re doing mine as did two others. I really wouldn’t recommend them.

The spa staff was friendly and the woman who provided the service was great to chat with. The relaxation component was high - I felt calm and comfy. The lack of stars is because in comparison to facials elsewhere it was a nice time but not worth $100. Wouldn't return, but also definitely wouldn't bash the place. ---- Hi Pat, thanks for your question. What I meant by the review, is that after a facial, I often experience a notable, healthful change to my complexion, and this effect can last anywhere from several weeks up to 2 months. While I enjoyed the spa experience, I didn't see the impacts that were advertised by the facial. Because of this, I wouldn't buy the facial again, but thought it was a nice atmosphere in general. Maybe it just wasn't compatible with my particular complexion. Best wishes!

Wow.... What a FANTASTIC way to end our day Saturday by getting an hour massage after a 30 minute soak in the jacuzzi tub. I went today to get the brow lamination and tint. Was nervous as I have never done anything to my eyebrows. The girls talked it through with me and told me every step they were doing while going through the process. My eyebrows and the whole visit turned out amazing. Love them! Got a gelish manicure and pedicure. The colours are not great if you want a neutral nude. Everything has glitter or shimmer or is very pink. Because I couldn't decide I was rushed into a colour. You can't choose while they prep your nails which was not appreciated. The manicure is definitely sub par with lumps and patchy spots. Upon inspection the pedicure is awful. Alot of polish on the skin. I also thought it was weird that you have to lay back and bend your knees to habe your nails painted. I found the creaking floors and flaking walls unappealing. I also think it's dangerous to lather people's feet in greasy lotion and then give them flip flops and send them down a massive flight of stairs. It cost $126 + tip. There are places that have better options for colour, more personable staff, and do far better work for less than half the price - and you're not expected to contort. Update: 1 week post and 3 nails were off - 9 days post 8 nails off. To respond to owner - I stared at a banged up and chipped wall during my pedicure so that's an interesting claim. A persons length of employment does not mean they are free of error. She was kind but the quality of work was sub par. Nails should not be lumpy, have bubbles or be patchy. You can justify costs however you wish, it does not change the fact the results did not justify the cost.

UPDATE: The Spa contacted me and apologized for the experience as well as offered me a refund, as they want all their customers to be satisfied. Since the service had been completed and I didn’t want to take from the company’s revenue they offered a free relaxation massage which I agreed to. They also did not allude to the fact that the technique used was possibly not correct or right for me in particular. I found this very honest, professional, and courteous. Ive updated my review to reflect this. The location is nice and the building is professional and organized. I came here for my first ever therapeutic massage and while the experience was pleasant for the most part, at some point during the massage I was asked about any issues and had mentioned an injury to my shoulder which causes my bones to click if my arm is elevated AND I rotate my wrist while it is elevated in the air. Upon hearing this the therapist said that she would get rid of this. While there was no pain and the experience was pleasant, it left my arm far worse than before. The bones that click in my shoulder are now far more noticeable and happens EVERY single time I elevate my hand above my head. I feel this is a fairly serious problem as I now have to seek medical advice on how to resolve this issue, which could have remained barely noticeable and non-problematic had I not mentioned it to the massage therapist. It may be worth mentioning that this was during a couples massage and my fiancé was also astonished at how much worse and prominent the problem was directly after.
