Popped in for a brow wax. Very quick and friendly service, and they looked great! My friend went for an acrylic fill - super fast and efficient, she loves her nails! Got a pedi and the esthetician didn't check if she wanted shellac or not, just went ahead and did it so that was an unexpected upcharge from $35 to $50. Overall would go back here but I would clarify more clearly what I wanted.

I agree the staff is friendly and nice. The women was sweet. I got a full set however when I left I noticed my nails were angled completely off. I went back and they fixed one but said it was my fault I didn't ask to put to tin foil to shape my nails. Personally I don't think I would go back.

I went in and got a manicure with shellac from Tin. This was by far the best experience I have had getting shellac. He was meticulous and made sure that my cuticles and nail polish were perfect. I am super impressed with my experience and 100% recommend going here. Even got a hand massage at the end!

This is my second visit and the detail and care on the design I wanted was seriously top notch. There are only 2 things that would make this a 5 star and that is more effort to ensure the nail dust gets sucked up to avoid customers inhaling that dust or offering them a mask as a courtesy and secondly is to ensure each station is carefully swept after each client.

Walked in to get a pedicure only waited a few minutes. Asked how much a gel pedicure was and was told 50 dollars. The manicurist did a great job, no complaints with the pedicure at all. The only thing that was a little weird was that I was charged 52.50 for the pedicure when I went up to pay. Didn’t get anything extra, don’t know if it was because I used my card and not cash. It would have been nice to know there was an extra charge when I first asked though.

Tip of my nail fell off the day after I got them done. Was really disappointed because I had my graduation the same day. Probably won’t come back although the workers were friendly n my nails were gorgeous just not worth the $$$ if my tip fell off a day after???????? UPDATE: 6 fricking nails chipped off a week after i got them done they said they’d phone me back for a refund it’s been 2 days nobody has phoned i paid 80$$ DO NOT GO HERE COMPLETE RIP OFF

Worst nails I have ever had done in 10+ years! I came to Regina from Calgary to help my 81 year old aunt and needed an acrylic removal done. I arrived 15 minutes early to choose a new shellac colour but there were no options available to be seen. My appointment time came and went after 25 minutes and I began to look for a different salon on Google. After waiting 40 minutes I was finally called to a table by someone who came from the back, so I wasn't even waiting for a tech who had a client! After explaining exactly what I needed, a simple and common request, my tech only removed the acrylic from the nail bed, NOT the tips. The dremel tips and instruments were NOT STERILIZED! She did a shabby repair on the tear in my nail. The shellac was applied rapidly and unevenly. My fingernails were left lumpy and dull. I will have my nails redone elsewhere because these people cannot be trusted. ZERO STERILIZATION POOR QUALITY POOR SERVICE POOR CLEANLINESS

I have been coming here regularly since I moved from Vancouver and honestly I don't think I have found a better place. The owner, Alvin, is super friendly and I always go to Candi. When my nails start to lift, she didn't force thenm off by ripping it, she uses the tool to shave it down to prevent damage to my nail. I always leave really happy.

I had an appointment at 10 but when I got there the doors will still locked, I then called the place to see what the deal was and the manager said they were running late. I ended up getting in to the place at about 10:07. If that wasn’t enough I asked for almond shaped nails and she gave me stiletto, my fourth finger is completely crooked and she did not use even close to the colours I wanted she just grabbed a random shade of pink and some weird gold. I would not go back here again.

*PREFACE* the following review is what I posted on their Facebook page. DTNS was upset that I posted a bad review and started responding to my review saying that they sent me the prices ahead of time so it shouldnt be a shock (they charged for for shellac when I got gel). They then messaged me on Facebook privately about 60 days after I got my nails done saying they would refund me, if I deleted my review. I accepted the etransfer, because I should have NOT have had to pay for the service, and kept the review up because I think people should know the truth, not go into an unclean establishment and pay lots of money for bad service. TODAY (2 and a half months later) they decided to pull my information and TEXT my PRIVATE number asking me to delete the review again. This is disgusting and I can't believe any manager would ever do something like that. STAY AWAY!!! The review that started it all: My nails looked absolutely gorgeous after I walked out of there. But I do have a few problems. They did not tell me the colour that I got was shellac, so I ended up paying $10 more for the nails that I did not know about until it was too late. My nail tech also decided to add a bunch of gems to my nails after I said no thank you and I was charged another $10 for nail art. Less than a week after I got them done the colour started to fade and they were chipping (and I'm not rough with my nails). But my biggest problem was the cleanliness. The inside of the spa looks great and very clean! But none of the tools used were clean. The files looks like they've been used on dozens of people, there is residue all over every tool I saw. And my nail tech actually handed over a tool she has JUST been using on me to the person next to her, and they began to use it on their client without any means of disinfecting. So yes, my nails looked gorgeous. But I know many other places that will respect my wishes, not try to con me out of my money, and actually care about the cleanliness of their business.

I dont usually get my nails done often unless I'm going to a wedding or whatever but every time I've gone somewhere it's usually 3 days before they are falling off. Not here! This spa is great! I saw candi chi and had a full set of gels on and a pedicure. I brought my daughter too and they are all so nice and kid friendly here. She had a pedicure and manicure too and the prices for kids are awesome. I think after finding this place I will actually start up keeping gel nails. Its worth it when they arent falling off immediately! Highly recommend. And their nail art is so cool and very talented.

Pedicure was great, absolutely loved it! Full set however wasn't great. Everything I asked for she couldn't do, that should have been my first sign but we settled on a French tip ombre. The lady was rough and left paint all over my fingers and made nails off shape. After asking her to fix certain problems and not doing what I asked, saying she isn't done yet. I let her do her thing. Thankfully the owner attempted to fix nails. Shaved them down, re painted and attempted to reshape without removing the nails. Overall am not happy with

I read a lot of the reviews and decided to get a set of acrylic nails done. Firstly, the salon itself is very clean and welcoming. Whom I believe was the owner, greeted me with a smile and had me set up with a nail tech. I told her I wanted gel but I was given acrylic. I assume they don’t do gel? But nevertheless I accepted that and continued with my appointment. They gave me a yummy warm coffee while I waited to begin my service. She did an awesome job on the shape I wanted and the design I picked from a Pinterest photo. So why the 3 star? Well, while it was a pleasant visit and very quick (1 hour for an entire new set of acrylic) she didn’t clean up my cuticles and left a huge space from the beginning of my nail to where the acrylic starts. Making it seem like they are already grown out!! I didn’t notice this until the next morning and find myself disappointed. I want to go back but I guess I’ll have to be very clear on what I want done.

I was at the downtown Nail Spa a few days ago and saw a lady working there by the name of candy. I told her that I wanted some Christmas nails but didn't know what I wanted so at that point she decided maybe a snowman would work. I always used to go to Nails by Kelly however my last appointment there I found out she no longer owns the visits so the lady that did my nails at night literally did a chart job I was so upset when I go home. I spent the entire month looking at my horrible nails and decided on my next bill to go to the downtown Nail Spa which is where I met candy. She was amazing. She not only gave me my snowman but she made like snowflake on my fourth finger. I was astonished as I watched her make the snowflake. She started with a simple cross on my finger and after a hundred lines later appears this amazing snowflake on my finger. Their service was great oh, their people are very friendly. And I left extremely happy. I have now found my new nail girl and I recommend anybody else having problems with their nails to go there they are amazing.
