Ms. Val at this location needs a serious attitude check and should not be working in a customer service environment. Not impressed with the staff period... completely ruined my experience at the Sask Hotel Damara Day Spa. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had booked pedicures for my husband and I for Father's Day and for my birthday. The pedicures were booked to take place on Father's Day. We planned our day around this. The spa called 1 hour before the booking to notify us that their esthetician does not do work on men. We were very disappointed and I am not satisfied at all with how they managed this.

Horrible manager! I made an appointment because I had gift cards I purchased a while ago at Costco. The manger on the phone with the front desk staff said that they can’t accept the gift card because the company was not aware of the gift cards being sold when they took over the business. When I mentioned about cancelation as I didn’t know anything about this. The manger told the staff to charge me 50% of the service for cancellation. How is this fair decision for the manger to say! I am already mad at the fact that I lost 50 dollars from the gift card I purchased as I can not use it, but the manager wanted me to pay 50% of the cancellation to a customer who weren’t aware of all this? There was no information on their website about this! What kind of service is this? What kind of manger is this person who hides behind the phone with the staff and not talking to the customer, and instead asking the staff to deal with it? I am not recommending this place at all. Go somewhere else. I do not like the manger’s inconsiderate arrogant attitude towards a customer.

My boyfriend treated me to my first ever massage on the weekend. Tanika was my masseuse & she was an absolute gem. I wasn't sure what to expect going in but she made me feel comfortable right away. She is very friendly, funny & a joy to be around & her massage skills are top tier. There is a 100% chance I will be returning in the future specifically for her. The receptionist was lovely as well! 10/10 would recommend to anyone especially first timers!

I was blessed to receive a gift certificate for a pedi/mani. What a treat! The front staff were not only helpful, but very friendly and professional. She was able to answer questions I had about some of the products and as well gave tips on how to use them to their full potential. The pedi / mani was a dream! Not too much chatter but not quite either. I felt they were very professional (and laughed at my jokes ahah) I will definitely go back.

Not only is it a very clean and beautiful environment, I received the best facial I've ever had. Pooja was so incredibly thorough and gentle, she used high quality organic products that I was able to purchase for home. I highly recommend.

Such a wonderful place, the estheticians are so kind and do such a good job and the RMTs are beyond compare. It has a very nice atmosphere to it and the receptionists are so wonderful. The management over this spa is amazing they are always ahead of things and doing all they can to make peoples experiences the best they possible can. They will go above and beyond for you no matter the service and help you in any way they can. I would definitely recommend going here if you're in the mood for a perfect day.

I have gotten a massage from a RMT, facial, pedicure, and manicure here and would definitely recommend. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable and service is fantastic. The massage and facial in particular were great. I will definitely be going back.

I booked the 75 Minute Signature Eminence facial, and Ashley was my esthetician. She is fantastic - I felt AMAZING afterwards and my skin looked great. I highly recommend booking with her for a facial! Thanks Ashley - I'll be back next time I'm in Regina!

I hadn't been to the spa since Damara took it over, and I hadn't been pleased with the previous treatments at the Hotel Saskatchewan spa. I must say that my pedicure give today, by Ashley, was by far the best pedicure I have ever had!!! Ashley was so thorough, and so gentle, and the various aspects of the treatment were very luxurious and very well done. I almost felt like I was in a coma at the end!!! And my toenails look divine! Thank you, Ashley! I appreciate your care and attention very much. You are fantastic!!!

I had a great experience at Damara when I was staying at the Hotel Sask in Regina. My tech, Karina, was excellent, they were able to book my appointment with very short notice, the facilities are lovely and I like the separate treatment facility, it's a nice touch and maintains privacy. I had such a great massage, I booked a facial for the next day!
