Decided to try out this location as it's under new management. The registered massage therapist was very thorough. The receptionist was very professional. The environment was inviting, I even stayed to get a mani done. Will definitely go back.

Professional staff. Had an Oxygeneo facial and was really surprised how friendly the staff were. I received the oxygeneo facial and was really surprised how smooth and tight my skin was. I think I’ll come back again.

I went to get my nails done here precovid with some friends, and as they were doing our nails, they were taking things out of dollar store rappers and not sanitizing tools in between using them on us. The whole experience wasn't overly relaxing, and our nail polish didn't even last for a day. I thought that I should give the place another try as I had a gift card and I live close by, and I regret it... I got a facial this time, and the facialist seemed very awkward and unsure of herself. The facialist did not explain what she was going to be doing or the purpose of the treatment . As she did the facial, she did not explain what she was putting on my face or why which is typically what happens when I have been to other spas. The facialist did not warn me that things may tingle or burn, and therefore the experience was not relaxing as I was worried whether or not the product was meant to feel the way it did on my face. After the facial, I was more relaxed, and I could tell there was a difference in my skin; however, it definitely was not worth the money! The facialist did not explain how to take care of my face after the treatment, which is typically a follow-up of a facial. I would not recommend going to Damara east. It is not worth the money. I would say just go to soma instead. It is almost the same price and 100% better.

This business is unreliable. Made an appointment last week during my vacation. Online booking sent me a confirmation but when I get there the receptionist tells me know one is there to provide the service as someone is sick. They had my email and phone number but no one contacted me to cancel. So, I decide to give them a second chance. Same thing. Book online. Confirmation. Show up and the salon is not even open. Doors locked. No lights on. I will not be wasting my time again.

Great place to pamper yourself. The ambience of spa is so relaxing and calm. Staff is really friendly and professional. I had a wonderful experience,felt super relaxed after that amazing massage. Definitely looking forward for my next appointment.
