Had acrylic nails, with a shellac colour done at Spa Cantik, price paid was 68.85 (8 dollar gratuity). After a couple days the polish started to become discoloured and chip off. I thought I would contact the woman that did them just to see if they could be fixed, as when I left she said to contact her if I have any issues. I emailed the salon for the woman's email and received a response immediately saying that if I emailed the salon email the woman who did my nails would receive my message. I sent an email stating my issue hoping I could have my nails fixed. I received no reply. After receiving no reply I sent another email asking for my next appointment to be cancelled, to this I also received no reply. Weeks later I received an email reminding me of my next appointment.. I replied to this email mentioning the emails that went unanswered and asked again to have my upcoming appointment cancelled. This email also went unanswered by anyone working at the salon. Later I received an automatic email saying my appointment had been cancelled. Customer service was very disappointing for the amount of money that was spent. Will not consider going back in the future. There are other, more affordable places with wonderful customer service in Regina. Save your money!

I have been going to Aly for my brows for about a year and my brows are 100× better than they were before. Aly is so knowledgeable, caring and is really passionate about her work. I always leave the spa very pleased with my brows and can't wait for my next appointment. She makes you feel so relaxed and really tries to ensure that she gives you exactly what you came in for. My husband and I went for a couple's pedicure. Brianna and Cassy were easy to be with, they were professional, and the work they did was exceptional. They took their time to make sure they got it right, including some extra care with my toe polish. The pedicure chairs were very comfortable and easy to operate. The whole experience was very positive. We'll be back.

We recently spent the day at Spa Canik for a bachelorette party. Suzanne booked the entire spa out for 7 hours on Saturday to cater to just the 8 of us which was great because we aren't exactly the quiet type when we all get together. We had a broad range of budgets and everyone was extremely happy with the services. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. They even made us dinner reservations and got us on the list for a bar with live music. I would say that the experience couldn't have been better. Thank you to Suzanne, Nicole, and everyone. It was awesome.

At Spa Cantik I typically see Aly B for my facials and eyebrows, and Kristen for my registered massage therapy. Kristen is an experienced RMT who loves to chat with her clients. She is very knowledgeable, and has been in the business long enough that she makes great recommendations for chiros, etc if that is something you are looking for. She offers cupping in addition to her registered massage therapy, and her newly renovated room is lovely. I like that you have the option of adding aromatherapy to your treatment--it's the little things that make a difference! I have both worked with Aly previously in a spa setting and have been her brow client for a few years now. She cares SO much about her clients and the work she produces. There is a reason she has been voted Prairie dog's best Regina esthetician three years in a row! I respect that she is always improving her product knowledge and skill set. A very reassuring person if you've never had your brows done or have had bad waxing experiences in the past. She has a "measure twice, wax once" mentality, so your brows are in safe hands! The front desk staff that I have encountered have always been lovely and professional. I enjoy my quick visits to Spa Cantik and feel very comfortable recommending their services to friends and family.

The pressure was perfect, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable! She even noted areas of tightness/ soreness that she noticed that I had not even mentioned.
