Seriously was disappointed when arrived for my milk bath. The tub has a huge hole where the water pours out of as soon as you enter the tub. I had to plug it with a towel. It didn't feel like anything was in it either except leaves. There was only 2 candles lit. The music was barely hearable. And it was 45 minutes of boredom. While I was getting massaged the masus had to wear gloves, and I could hear a female swearing and yelling in the hallway so took away from (relaxation). I would never go back here. When you think of a spa I think ok a big jet tub, or at least one with no holes.

Being new to Regina, I was nervous to find a new place to get waxed. I was so happy today when I went to see Kaitlin. She was professional and kind, extremely helpful and delicate. I have never had a waxing experience this great. She takes her time to make sure nothing is missed, without causing excess irritation. I generally get very irritated skin after a treatment, today I felt great after. I will be going back again and again and have already referred friends to her. Thank you so much!

My Mom took us for pedicures yesterday and this was my first pedicure EVER. I am a diabetic so I have been nervous to go but I have to say it was perfectly safe, clean and professional. We got to sit on the patio together for our pedicure as well, which was really nice. My feet look and feel soft, the colour was applied perfectly and I'm very happy with the results. This will be my first pedicure of many!

Had an amazing lavender manicure and pedicure there this morning. Not only were the girls who did them so great to talk to, they really help you feel comfortable during your services. I love the little extra touches like the foot scrub and mask, and the home grown lavender was the cherry on top. I’ll definitely be going back! Thanks so much ladies.

I went here with a small group for a family members birthday. I got a simple manicure with regular polish - little did I know how it was going to turn out. There’s nail polish all around my nails and cuticles, then there’s big spots where she just didn’t put polish. It’s so splotchy and uneven. Also, over an hour later the polish still isn’t dry because she did about three coats of polish and didn’t wait for any layers to dry. Most of the staff were nice, but i’m overall disappointed with my experience. Do not recommend.

I bought a spa package from the "What Women Want" show, it included a facial, pedicure, wax and tanning for $60. Too good to be true? YUP! My friend and I went together and arrived at 1:00 for our appointment. We were asked to sit in the waiting room for 5-10 minutes and fill out a form. Then we were brought into the room. We had also added on a 30 minute back and leg massage for $30. They started with the massage. By the time we both got on the tables, it was 1:15. They finished the massage and left the room so we could turn over for the facial. I looked at the clock and it was 1:30. We paid for 30 minutes and got 15. The facial was alright, I've never had one before so can't compare it to anything, but at one point after about 15 minutes, they left the room so the seaweed could sit on our face. They said they'd be back in about 5 minutes, they took 15. The pedicure was next. We both received a foot massage and got our nails painted, that was it. They never buffed or scraped our heels or any part of the feet. To me, that is the whole point of a pedicure. So basically we received half treatments on everything. And maybe that's what they tell their girls to do because we got this package for so cheap. But that was not advertised anywhere. We went in expecting full treatments. This is a terrible way to bring back customers because I would never go back there. Not to mention it was really cold in the room where we were being massaged, we could hear people screaming in the pool attached to the hotel, and staff chattering loudly in the hall while we're getting a "relaxing" massage. The service from the girls was fine, I have no complaints about them at all. But I was very mislead and not happy with the results.

They cancel appointments alot and change to anytime without talking to you about it and only send an email. In one appointment, got canceled twice. The last being 20min before the appointment started and I was already there. I work in this industry and its very unprofessional.

I had a horrible experience with this business and will not try to go back again. I have a gift card to this spa and booked a massage while pregnant. I called ahead of time to ensure being pregnant wasn’t an issue for them and they said it was no issue at all. They would not let me book over the phone and directed me to the website. I booked online and mentioned again that I was pregnant and filled in the contact form leaving my phone number and email address. I drove all the way there for my appointment to find the door was locked, I called them and they said my appointment was cancelled because they weren’t comfortable massaging me because I am pregnant. They said they tried to call but I gave the wrong phone number, I double checked the form I filled out and I provided the correct phone number and email address, they did not try to call or email me. They said only two staff members are comfortable massaging me and I’d have to rebook with them which she did not mention to me on the phone when I called earlier. I’m very disappointed in how this was handled and will now not be able to use my gift card. I would like to receive money back for this inconvenience.

Booked a spa party for 8 people. The venue is gorgeous and cozy, the owner took excellent care of us (complementary wine is ALWAYS a good touch!), and we all felt pampered all afternoon. We had a weird issue with our top coat for gellish, but the owner went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure we were 100% satisfied. We were - and we will be back!! I highly recommend this spa, especially for special occasions!

It's been approx 5 years since I was last waxed, being pregnant and working full time I just don't have the time to pick up a razor anymore. I wish I would have got the name of the lady that waxed me because she did amazing! I had people tell me not to get a brazilian while pregnant and I'm not sure if it was her technique or her experience but the pain I would rate a 2-3/10, I'm looking forward to being a regular!

My tub water was freezing and only tried adding 1 bucket of warm water, froze my butt off! Water was dirty to add insult to injury. Charged me more than what I was suppose to pay and the service was brutal! Was suppose to have wine which didn’t happen, didn’t get to eat ANY of the food WE had brought. I have been to many spas in my life and this one was by far the worst experience I have had!! Do not recommend to anyone!

My best friend won a package on instagram, we have a friend getting married so we let her get the pampering, the rest of us got facials, manicures, pedicures, we got unstoppable complinentary wine, our spa techs were amazing, our bride to be was pampered beyond believe. After all our spa stuff was done we hot tibbed, swam and used the steam room. We were all so happy with our experience and plan to make this a ritual for our friend group of 6 and everyones upcoming weddings! Thank you for an amazing experience!
