I went for a pedicure. They listed a number of different ones but never asked which one I was interested in. The girl rubbed my foot so hard I now have sores on them and they are extremely tender. I dont have allergies but whatever she rubbed on my legs and feet gave me a terrible rash. I will never go back there especially for the amount I paid.

I love coming here, the girls are always so nice and very welcoming when you first go in. Terri did my first ever massage and made it totally comfortable, and now I always ask for her and I recommend her to my friends. I've had facials and pedicures from Kaycee and my toes/feet and my skin has gotten so much better and doesn't hesitate to answer any questions I have. 100% would recommend their services

I stayed at the Radisson hotel and went to this spa in the basement of the hotel for a massage. Natasha did my full body relaxation massage and she was excellent, it was actually the best massage I've ever had. I dropped a star because when I went in to the pool area wearing my robe, I was hunted down as asked for the robe back as the spa "isn't affiliated with the hotel". I explained that I would return it, but the girl was quite rude about it and just took it from the chair whilst I was in the pool.

This is a very unprofessionally run business. I booked an appointment for a Pedicure on the phone. The manager Kaycee booked the appointment. When I showed up the business was closed, all the lights were off and noone was there. Luckily the employee that was to perform my Pedicure arrived and was able to call the manager to come and actually open the salon. My appointment ended up being started 20 minutes late and had to be shortened due to the employee having another client right after me. The manager did not apologize for the delay or inconvenience at all. The salon was dirty with dust bunnies being visible under the counter and garbage in the garbage cans from the previous day. This is a VERY poorly run establishment, would NOT recommend.

came in with a girlfriend a couple months ago. I had a pedicure and she had a facial. Just now my feet are finally better. worst, painful pedicure I've ever had, will not be back

Second time coming for massages with my mom. The place is very nice and clean. The masseur, Luz did an excellent job with my deep massage! We also jot facials from Linda and she was supper friendly and had a great conversation with her. Definitely coming back!

Went in for a couples massage and scrub, we had Luz and the Manager Linda do them. Luz did a great job, Linda however was completely unprofessional. in a 60 minute massage there was approximately a 15 minute time frame total in which she did nothing but stand there, during the rest of the massage she simply rubbed the oil on without actually massaging. The most disappointing experience where Linda was concerned, we will certainly not be going back.

Went in to get my eyelashes done by Laurissa, they were beautiful. Only problem is they were not done properly which caused both of my eyes to swell up like balloons. They only lasted about 8 hours before I started reacting. I have never experienced this problem in the past. As a lash tech myself I know that eyelash extensions are suppose to be at least 1mm away from the skin. 80% of these lashes were so close to my lash line I could barely even see my own natural lash. Every time I blinked I could feel them poking. I asked what their refund policy was, she explained to me due to time and product used she was not going to refund me but she would give me a discount on a different service. There was NO policy that I signed when filling out the information sheet they gave me. After I got upset spending $157 after tip on eyelash extensions, they tried to offer me a brow or pedicure service for free..... they clearly only cared about the money. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

This is a beautiful little spa in the basement of the Radisson Hotel. I love how peaceful and comfortable it feels as soon as you walk in through the front doors. Professional service and one of the best massages I have ever received. Linda is amazing at what she does and will do anything for you to get the experience you deserve. I highly recommend checking them out!

I attended the open house on August 5th and ended up with winning a treatment and wow it did not disappoint. The body scrub was absolutely amazing and was a much needed refresh for my skin. The bed was so comfortable and I really enjoyed the private shower in my room, they supply you with shampoo and conditioner which is an additional bonus. Sam did an amazing job and made the scrub comfortable and relaxing. While relaxing you can hear the fountain in the back ground which has a nice added zen! I’ve also came for a facial which was absolutely amazing and changed my skin for the better! Would highly recommend this hidden gem !
