Horrible experience! I called for two of us to get acrylics done, the person on the phone repeated back to me and confirmed for two appointments, acrylics. When we showed up they made us wait 30mins. When she finally was ready for us she thought I was only getting a fill, and tried to argue with me about the appointment. She sat down all flustered saying she didn’t have time and started doing my nails anyway. She asked what shape I wanted, I showed her a picture with short coffin nails. She said “ok coffin nails”. And she started trying on the coffin shape on my nails. I showed her where I wanted them cut and she said ok, and proceeded to take a completely different nail and glued it on without asking. I figured she would file it down and fix it. She didn’t. My friend was still waiting at this point, and asked if someone was going to help her. They argued about the appointment again saying I only booked for one, when I had two of us confirmed. She rudely said they didn’t have time to do it and to come back later which we didn’t have time for. An hour and a half in, and I had square, lumpy, crooked nails and my friend had nothing. Never going back!

Worst place I have been to in my entire life. The owner Le is super rude and unprofessional. Her booking system i.e. her notebook is very unorganized. We were there a month ago, I got mani + pedi and my husband got just pedi and we book our next appointment with her at the store and today when we went for appointment, she said we are not booked to get any services but her husband can give us both pedicures. She started arguing and yelling that we never booked an appointment. We are never going back there again and don't recommend their services at all. Poor customer service, poor booking system and poor communication skills.

Cut my hands and cuticles it was painful and very visible. They didn't do full coatings with shellac. They got upset that I tried to calrify that I wanted matte black shellac matching manicure and pedicure. It was also a very tough and rushed job. They wouldn't be polite when j asked them questions. Terrible experience for $80.00 at that..... Will not return and do not reccomend. Blood is not a good sign... I'm sad I even paid for this torture. After j posted on Facebook 3 other. People told me this has happened to them. This is why I am writing a review. Obviously it is no accident. They might be racist as the other 3 people who experienced the same cuts and roughnes are of native background.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere, so many colors to choose from for nails. I'm now hooked for pedicure... had a spa day for my mom's birthday, she had mani (shellac) and I had pedi (gel)

The 2 stars is for atmosphere, otherwise I'd put one. My partner and I went here on Thursday and the woman who did my nails nicked me with the cutters and since then I've been battling an infection on that toe. Cant enjoy the nice colour that I picked because of the pain radiating from my toe since Thursday.

Went to the salon about a month ago for my shellac combo, I came in my husband. There were two older women doing our feet, it took faster than expected. Normally when I go, the feet routine takes about an hour but when I went with my husband it was only 40 minutes. I didn’t receive a foot massage, the woman skipped out on it. I went back to the salon a couple of days ago to see if they put up barriers between the chairs, and there were none! I do not feel safe in there. The owner needs to put some safety screens around the salon, or I will never return! There is not a single protective screen in this salon. I would like to feel safe when coming in for a pedicure. I am very disappointed, your staff seems very professional but the salon does not.

the older woman that works there is terrible. She snagged my skin multiple times and broke my real nail under the fake one after trying to rip it off. They were thick and not shaped well so I had to explain that I didn’t want chunky stilettos. After she was finished painting my nails she rushed me out and that’s when i noticed the patches left behind. She refused to fix it and i went on my way. For $75 I shouldn’t have to go home and fix them myself :(

They do not sanitize their equipment. And Le, the owner, is extremely hostile and rude. She did my friends and I nails and was rough and drew blood on both of us. My nails did not last more than a week. Will never be coming back.

3 month old spa. Really nice set-up. Tao did a nice foot massage. Friendly staff. Good spot.
