OK so the reason why I’m giving them a two star review it would have been a one star but the staff there was very nice, I am not satisfied with the nails I was given after my appointment . Also there was a bump on my now and they tried to just file it but it didn’t come off so they just decided to paint over it also I noticed that my nail Polish was see-through because they didn’t do enough coats also I came with my mom and they filed down her old gel nails and after there was a bruise on her nail.

It was a very friendly and comfortable business. They were very kind and gentle for my first time getting a pedicure and manicure. Talked me through everything that was going to happen. The massage chairs have an excellent selection to choose from. The hot wax was perfect. The only downside was my companion hadn't received the leg massage as long as I did. However, I would return for again.

Really really fast not very relaxing. Tried them again this is what happened I got a manicure she cut the skin off so close I have several cuts on the side of 3 fingers on my right hand wasn't very gentle I pulled my hand back a few times but didn't realize I actually had cuts till I got home. I went back in the next day to show then got a disinterested girl all she said was I'm sorry in a bored tone. Didn't care at all.

I've been going to Victoria Nails only for 3 months but so far I really enjoy it. I get acrylic overlay with gel nail polish. I believe this is a family business and everyone is very friendly and polite. They are precise and efficient. I havent had any issues with my nails except for my pinky nail tip snapping clean off. The parking lot is small and because they are very popular the nail spa can book up fast. I love how thin they are able to make my nails (for scratching purposes). Images taken aren't all from day 1 - some had regrown before I remembered a picture.

I'll start with the cons: As a nail tech in training, I noticed a lot of unsanitary practices taking place, such as using the the same e-file that was used on my toes, on my sister's toe nail. She was sitting beside me and had left a bit of her old gel polish on. They didn't change the tip out...just reached over and quickly filed away the remnants of her polish before returning to my foot to file more dead skin from around my nail and on the nail bed itself. I was in awe. The nail dust was everywhere. Technicians had on face masks, which is pretty standard but I felt like I needed one seeing all the e-filing going on and not noticing any real ventilation. The board they brought out with samples of all the gel polish colors was covered in nail (and likely dead skin) dust. I personally do not love jetted foot spa tubs... Unless they have a disposable liner that's changed after every client. Unfortunately they do not do that here. I'm glad we were there earlier in the day when the tubs would have been exposed to fewer clients feet. The bacteria that can grow in those tubs can be pretty nasty and I think the worry of possibly getting my own bout of foot fungus does take away some of the enjoyment in the whole experience. The cheese grater... Pedicure rasp.... Well, not my favorite. The nail tech was a bit rough with it and areas of my foot felt raw afterwards. Now the pros: The price was great. It was nearly half of what my sister and I normally spend at other salons or spas and they also had a special on that included a paraffin wax treatment with a gel polish pedicure. The staff were very nice and friendly. We were offered drinks and we were included in the chat that was going on around us. It was a very nice atmosphere and I really enjoyed it. At the end of the pedicure, my toes looked great. My feet were a bit sore in spots, but my toe nails looked cute. So, go here if you want to have a happy atmosphere combined with a fast and cheap pedicure. If you are looking for a more clean and sanitary experience, pay the extra and go to a spa. My sister and I have been to a few places for pedicures now and I personally loved Azure Aesthetics the most. It is the most expensive so far but such a great experience... And this is a whole different review to be saved for another day. :)

Just less then a week ago, I got a manicure with gel polish. The polish looks like a 5 year old applied it, and, it's chipping already. My nails snag my hair and my clothes. Then, they tried to charge me for removing acrylic nails, when it was gel nails that I had on, so that they could do my manicure. I travel extensively for work, and would always ask if there was an additional charge for removing existing nails before getting new gel nails applied. Everywhere said "no, of course not". So I've quit asking. Here tho, they apparently find it acceptable for a such a charge.

I really loved this place because they did amazing nails and i got many compliments.. now here's the thing, i go back to remove acrylic nails, i call them and they give me an appointment after a week even afterme telling them the nails are coming off and its challenging for me to do anything.. I walk in to the store and the minute i tell her i want to remove them she gives me a wait time for 1 and half hour? Like seriously? I asked her to squeeze me in as its not a whole lot to do.. she tells me it can easily take upto 30-45 minutes.. huh.. so i decided to wait.. there's a women who walked in just like me without an appointment and guess she calls her in first because she was getting her nails done and not removing.. ????

Had high hopes from all the positive reviews I read. While the overall job looks alright, they didn’t clean up some of the polish that got on the edges of my fingers and didn’t care to remove some of the loose edges from filing. Had to do that myself. Not only that, they didn’t seem to be cleaning the tools/tables between clients and the spa didn’t look very clean in general. Won’t be returning.

I've given them a 2 star review simply because I'm satisfied with the way my nails turned out. Now here's the scoop.... I will never return they did not clean there tools or work stations the smell was nauseating and overwhelming. They only spoke in their native tounge and did not keep their appointment time. We booked for three of us to get our nails done two of us got in right away but the third waited over 30 minutes to start then felt rushed through. Rant done take your chances or don't.

Gel manicure lasted more than 3 weeks. Impressed by that.. but the lady doing my nails was very forgetful. Tried to give me acrylic when I asked for gel, I asked for colour #145 and she brought #144 - stuff like that. They exclusively spoke Vietnamese to each other and burst out laughing several times during my visit. Makes you wonder if they are talking and laughing about you or other customers. Probably were. Made me somewhat uncomfortable. Overall happy with my nails, easy to book using Facebook messenger. Convenient location.

Beautiful nails at affordable prices. The salon is extremely clean, particularly the pedicure tubs. The use tub liners and are careful to wipe everything down after each us. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The owner, Kim, is my favourite. She does a great job and is very artistic. I am on my third consecutive set from here and have not had any lifting, chipping or braking.

They fit us in very last minute and were very nice. The ladies were very friendly but did what they felt looked best without asking, which meant my nails felt a bit too short. The nails lasted strongly for two weeks but we wanted them off because our cuticles weren't pushed back at the salon and they started looking very bad. NOTHING TAKES THEM OFF

Vu puts so much time and effort into your hard working feet that you feel like a million bucks when you are done. It's the only place you can get hot stone massage, paraffin, lotion massage, and all the nail and foot callus work for $55..., worth every penny

I was so disappointed by the service provided. The employee was rude. When She finished, my nails were poorly done and the next day Gel started coming off which was weird to me. After 3 days my nails cracked and I had to go somewhere else to remove them. I am not going back there and personally I would not recommend it to anyone. May be it was a bad experience but still I am never going back!!! The service was so poor.

They do your nails backwards! Odd! It’s nice and the lady’s are funny , steps 1,2,3,4,5... them 1,3,4,2,5 but it works and looks nice after,good price and clean! I would give them a 5th ⭐️ but I’m still confused about there steps.
