This spa is amazing at lash extensions and Lynn is the best! The staff are sp friendly and feel like friends everytime I go. I would recommend to anyone looking to feel more beautiful then you already are to visit Transformations ????

Experience felt cheap. Got my first facial, the Classic Facial and was not was I expected. In their description it mentioned everything they did do for the facial however it was all lack luster. No passion and the bare minimum of what I thought I would get. I was not down for the full hour I paid for. I got more steam and a face mask drying than a spa experience. I literally have experienced better at home with my ladies. Will be trying another spa, would not recommend. The spa itself was clean, inviting, and comfortable but the soothing spa facial where I would be able to feel the stress and tension melt away never came, was in my head the entire time about why are they doing that, or why aren't they doing this, when will I get this part.. ?

It's my first time having my nails professionally done ever in an actual salon and I could say it's the best experience ever! Everyone was so friendly and professional. More than the great manicure job, I love the scrub and massage. This is by far my favorite salon in PG. Will definitely come back to try other services. Thank you!

I called in randomly to get my hair done, but instead was able to get squeezed in to get volume Lashes done. Lashes are prestige quality by sugar lash pro; where there use top quality items used for any procedures done at this spa. So far I've got my Lashes, Acrylic fancy nails, pedicure, waxing, and tinted brows. Everything was done professionally and it was super relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend people try and book something at this location for sure. Lynn the owner was the one that was able to take me in and made me feel welcomed. I cant wait to see them again to get my hair done.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating which makes it hard to complain, however the owner assigned untrained staff, in the midst of being trained by the manager to do mine and my mothers manicures and Pedicures. I understand that people need to learn however being charged full price for apprentice work isn’t ideal. Our nails were not up to par with bubbles in the polish and product on our skin when we left. It took almost 3 hours to get our toes and fingers done and the job was not up to satisfaction. It seemed like the lady had never touched a foot before because she barely used any backbone when scrubbing or cleaning the dead skin off.. my nails were never trimmed properly and they are crooked from Improper filing. The drill was used by the apprentice on my moms mani when it was requested multiple times not to be, and my mothers previous nail polish was never fully removed before applying a new one making it easily visible underneath and my base coat on my French mani has an uneven application. I really wanted to like this place but there were just too many unfixed mistakes and full price was still charged.

I have been going to Lynn for over 10 years . She does the best lashes and nails in town. I would never go anywhere else . She is an amazing professional person, and her salon is new, clean and her staff is always friendly and very helpful. It’s in a great location and parking is never an issue . You need to check this place out you won’t be disappointed.
