I had a lovely experience with the ladies at TL nails. My sisters and I went in all together for acrylic sets. The girls were fun and did a fantastic job. They were out of the colour that I first chose, but they were super helpful is finding me a colour that I ended up loving even more. They also went above and beyond, finding me a charger when my phone started dying and I was needing to conduct business. Thank you to the ladies at TL nails for making it such a fun girls night !

My spouse just got back from her manicure and she couldn't get a acrylic nails because it was not specified ahead of time. I called to this morning to make sure it was okay to change a pedicure to a manicure before the appointment and they said it was no problem, then they criticized me to her saying if she wants acrylic "Next time don't get the man to phone". That is a very unprofessional thing to say to any customer. The quality of her nails she received too were lumpy and you can see through the nail polish. I will not be returning to this business. Reply: Thank you for your quick reply, my spouse actually received gel nails without being asked and she has extremely bad anxiety so she couldn't even mention anything about it. We actually are taking our business somewhere else and are paying to have this mess removed from her nails. Also is it common for your workers to make rude/unprofessional comments to your clients (about their spouses or otherwise) when they just try to get clarification?

This is the only place I will go. I actually mixed up Vic nails and ti nails but this place is the bomb the skill the service this place is the best hands down. I got a full set and a pedi good pricing they did both at once so I didn't have to waste hours . I came In w two broken pinky nails. They not only fixed but saved my set matching and making them perfect. It was a different nail tech then the first time and she so nailed it. I can't believe how good. Never ever will I go to another place . They re polished glossy as new . Idk how. But thanks ???????? ???? hood hero's

Funny, kind, and very competent staff! The environment is also really nice. They did a fantastic job on my sisters and I. They also went above and beyond by locating a phone charger for my sister whose phone was dying and she was trying to conduct business on it. Highly recommend!

Great pedis for the price. Clean. I took my mom here for her first ever pedi -and she loved it (plus they gave her a nice seniors discount)! Straight $50 gets you a lovely (non gel) pedi -over an hour with a nice massage, foot care, polish. Lively and efficient atmosphere, really has a family vibe. I've gotten walk-in appointments in the past, but they're a busy shop - so I'd book ahead if you can

Gel polish started cracking and chipping after only one week. Called with concerns and was given apt. Went for "fix" but was charged full price. I'll go back once I win the lottery and weekly manicures seems legit...because the staff are lovely

Everyone is so nice. For my nails I mention a color and asked about having them done as a ombre and the lady made a suggestion. She did them and they looked beautiful. I love what she did to them. I was out and about afterwards and got lots of compliments. Myself and granddaughter love going there. They always do a wonderful job and make great suggestions when I'm unsure of what color I want. I’m sorry but maybe it was just me but everyone say it’s the best place to go for nails and they do a good job, well #1 their website says walk in welcome when I did was not available ,#2 when I made an appointment and went to it they had over booked, #3 did not have the colour I would have liked, also as I was sitting there a walk in came in and couldn’t take her, #4 my nails 2 days latter started to peel away in spots, also they were a little thicker than I like, #5 the way it’s set up! Not so pleasing I didn’t in joy the view of the back hall or the old ladies feet’s getting scrubbed right beside me I don’t want to see really badly looking feet getting a bunch of dead skin scrubbed off as I’m trying to relax and get my nails did! it’s good that their busy they must be doing something right.! I’m not trying to be rude or mean that was just my own one time experience ! You may like it!!!!❤️
