Pedicure: Very clean & pleasant aesthetician; however, was quite overpriced for the service (extra charges for everything), uncomfortable seating, and although I was there for an hour at least, it took longer to remove/apply polish than anything else. I wouldn’t go back. It’s a cute spot, but try elsewhere in town for pedicures :)

Excellent service! Was waxed there, would definitely go again. Friendly, clean, and punctual. Only thing is, the oil she put on me after dried super quickly, and got quite sticky.

I had my first visit to The London today for a cut and colour service. Meka gave me a beautiful blunt bob that was everything I asked for. She is a treat to chat with and so personable. Ashley fixed some colour banding issues I had and I left with a stunning cool colour. She was so much fun and very professional. Ashley also recommended some great products and I can’t wait to visit again. They were a great team for my hair. Highly recommend!

made an appointment for help in styling my hair for going out. Got a cut and was told it would style better now when you go home. Worst part is how the place is handling my sincere complaint that the appointment was not all what I asked for twice. I didn't want a cut. Was forced into one.

I asked for a colour and hair trim. I was very overcharged for a hair trim that left me with still existing split ends. I was booked for a hair colour and upon arrival told that they were not experienced and could not do it. Points for honesty i suppose. But who knew a hair trim cost 64 bucks. I was shocked. I would like to reach out to the owner but there is no email.

I used to go to the London all the time to get my hair cut but then my hairdresser left. I had returned summer of 2020 for a haircut by a new hairdresser. I love the setting at the London it is quiet and relaxing. I called and left a message before Christmas to get a hair cut .... but no one ever returned my call. So I have left another message this week to book an appointment ..... but again 2 days later still no one has returned my call.
