I was dissapointed and will not return. I explained that I naturally have thick full brows and that I just wanted the edges cleaned up and the shape maintained. When I walked out, they were incredibly uneven and also incredibly thinned. The woman apparently didnt understand, even though she confirmed what I was saying.

Service is horrible, desk lady had an attitude towards me and my sister. Waited about 25 minutes after my appointment was booked after them taking someone in before who had theirs scheduled later, and poor results. Didn’t listen to what I asked and gave me what they thought they was best for my face.

I love how professional the ladies are here but I would like to add that my henna ended up staying dark and kind of wanted a bit more of a natural look and it looks like I drew a dark black liner on them. Would like to know how some people fix this issue? Also, might have been my bad for looking for more of a darker shade when I probably should have tried matching the lightness of my dyed hair. My first visit so will try keeping an open mind if I decide to try henna again or not.

Great service but wow . I missed an appointment cause one of my family members was really sick suddenly. The voice mail I got was outrageous!! Lit a ten min voicemail. The tone was totally not professional if they sent me a Bill I would of paid it but omg. That voice mail was outrageous to hear totally unprofessional and really upset me. My family was ill I was worried for their life while hearing it. I'll never go there again. As a little tip to improve maybe just send the cx a invoice saying they need to pay for the appointment.

I usually really enjoy my visits here but today was terrible. I got a younger lady who was so quiet and shy that it was hard to communicate with her. I've gotten my brows tinted several times now but this time I walked out with my skin so tinted around my brows I looked ridiculous. I've never had issues going and doing the chores I need to do after my appointment before but today I had to go home and scrub my face before I could even go pump gas. I looked awful. Very disappointed.

I cried! I went in with brows filled in and asked for exactly what was colored in. Lady worked a bit, showed me mirror and I was liking them just asked for one tiny hair to be pulled. Sat back and she started pulling tons out-I was thinking oh shes doing peach fuzz. She hands me mirror and they are GONE!!! In some parts where I had full brows there is now 2 hairs. I am soo upset. Ill have to draw clown brows on for months waiting for the hair to grow back. I am beyond upset. I feel like she did it because I asked for the tiny adjustment. Sooo livid right now. I cant believe I paid to ???? cry. So dissapointed and self conscious now.

Just did mine and loved them. I also brought my 12yr old daughter and her 13 yr old friend that desperately needed shaping professionally before they started plucking their own and of course learning the dos and don't's of plucking. They threaded them not waxed so the pain was less and had very straight lines. I'm very impressed with the services and so where the teenage girls. No pain no fuss just beauty and smiles. Thank you for the lovely job and the coconut cream massage after was Devine. Five stars all the way.

Never been so disappointed in brow service could literally cry! I asked the lady to leave the thickness and just clean up my brows which I always do in my home town, and she literally took almost all my eye brows off... Just spent 6 years growing them in for her to destroy them in minutes. And thanks a lot because now I look like I have no eye brows.. I want to cry, will never go back again and probably going to spend over a year at least to grow my eyebrows back ???????????????? so upset and so sad!!!

So today I got the lash lift I got it for a present. It was very expensive it was $80 I don’t wear mascara and I don’t want to keep using my eyelash curler. I sat in that seat for an hour and when it was done and I looked in the mirror there was absolutely no difference it was so disappointing. 80$ for absolutely no difference:(

Honestly I went a few weeks back and the lady did an excellent job I was sooo happy with the turn out and couldn't believe how good they looked for how messed up they were before hand. I went back yesterday and I got a different lady and she messed my eyebrows up so bad I left crying they are so uneven it looks so bad I could've done a better job myself.
