Had friends recommended it to me. The lady That helped me had so much sass. Complained about my old nails lifting and it was so difficult to get the acrylic off. She complained about them the whole time. I was like I’m here to have them fixed of course they are lifting. The shape is strange. They are painted well but they just look strange. Anyways. Probably won’t return just due to the attitude of the lady and the way she made me feel like my nails were the worst thing she had ever seen in her life.

Such a worst experience & worst customer service. They always rush the things, make ur nails lumpy, gap between the nails, nails full of scratches after removal. Never gonna visit again. The girls always talk in their own language while doing nails which is absolute unprofessional

I have NEVER been disappointed. They are friendly. They make you feel welcome. They take pride in their work. They listen to exactly what you want???? And they don't rush you through, which is so important to me! Their products are such high quality as well. When I get my nails done, they last for such a long period of time???? And that is so important to me. They also call you by name! I've never been to a salon that actually gets to know you, and calls you by your name. I appreciate this place, and the owners and workers so much???????????? #NeverDisappointed????

I used to really like going here, but lately coming here has been nothing but a disappointment. First things first, I really did not appreciate being judged for getting a gel manicure on my natural nails instead of acrylics. I was told several times my nails were short and asked several times why my nails were short. I also do not appreciate being rushed out of there. They overlap their appointments and rushed through my nails leaving them lumpy and the polish was spotty. I think the girls are very nice, but the professionalism needs work, especially at the prices they charge for mediocre work. I unfortunately do not see myself making another appointment in the future.

The worst nail salon I had visited in my life. They damaged my nails and when I complained about it the owner said I planned this scam so that I do not have to pay. Therefore, how they talked to me it feel they are being racist and so unprofessional. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Though there was a little bit of a wait for the staff to start I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and the salon was sanitary. I got acrylics. They turned out way better than expected and even a month later they’re still all on. I would recommend this place.

Was only in Prince George for a few days and was desperate to get my nails done. Not too many places open late, but Elira Nails was.Took a risk with it not having any reviews yet, but was very pleasantly surprised! The woman who did my nails was very friendly, easy to converse with, and did a fantastic job. I would definitely go back if I'm back in town. As a head's up - it's inside The Bay on the lower level by the shoe department - something Google does not tell you ;)

I booked an appointment a few months ago for a pedicure for my boyfriend and I. I think men should also know the amazing feeling of a hot foot soak and massage. ;) It was my first time in this place and was pleased with how clean and organized it appeared in there. I liked the setup. I have to let you know that I really appreciate the fact that you DON'T have hundreds of nail polish colours to choose from. It makes picking a colour so much easier. I appreciate how it was colour coordinated too. You go into any other salon and colours aren't organized. I also appreciate how the gel colours are displayed and coordinated making it easier to choose a colour. So anyways, I made an appointment to come in today and had a good experience. Nav did my nails and she did a great job. I like my nails shorter than the average person, I asked her to trim my already short nails. No problem, she did a great job. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks.

You want to have good nail? This is the Best place to go. She does it very well and by experience you can have it for the whole month without falling apart and she is also professional. I normal don’t do my nail but for sure that is my place as soon as I think of it I will go.She can also recommend the colour due to your skin, your nail shape or what will look better to you. If you are looking for a relaxing pedicure, this is the place to go. The massage chairs coupled with the thorough leg massage are heavenly after a rough day at work. The manicures are fun too with 100s of colour options and nail art to choose from you will never be bored. All these services are delivered with a sweet smile in a calm, peaceful and very clean setting.

My friend and I went for pedicures at 4:00 pm. They asked if I was having regular or gel and then asked me to pick my polish. We got sat in our chair and then left to soak until 4:25, and were asked 3 more times if we were doing regular or gel. We got pretty tired of waiting as we had other plans that they were making us late for. The pedicure was okay. I don’t think either of us will be back.

Went in a week ago and a my nails were done well, however, over the span of a week a couple had started to crack all in the same spots. I went in to see if they had time to fix it, and even though they had a bunch of appointments and people in, they still managed to fit me in and fix my nails without charge. Really enjoyed my experience here, would highly recommend!

I went in for a pedicure based upon online reviews . I was initially shocked by the price of $60 whereas on the coast you can get mani-pedi for $40 - $45. Secondly the quality was sad, she didn't missed the edges on the large toe which I didn't notice until I got home, and didn't cap the ends either so looks very unprofessional. Based on my experience yesterday I most definitely would NOT recommend "Elira Beauty Bar" and will make a point of telling people NOT to go there either.

We had made an appointment to get our nails done and they didn’t book us in. He rebooked for next day than said that won’t work either cause he double booked. He said he can just have the girls do our nails but didn’t say they had to stay past closing than they were really rude well we were getting our nails done. Made us feel very out of place. He lied saying my mom came into the place yelling when she didn’t to make us look bad. Will never go back and won’t tell anyone to go there

My daughters had booked an apointment and when they showed up were told they had no apointment. The owner was extremely rude and never wanted to take responsability saying we get lots of messages for bookings. They gave my daughter a time for her apoint but yet said the apoint wasnt made. He than rebooked for next day only to say oh sorry i double booked so cant do it than either. He reluctantly decided to fit them in and when doing there nails my girls felt very out of place as they wouldn't talk to them and did a rush job to get them out the door. Said you don't have to pay but your not welcome back. Whats even worse the owner goes on here and lies saying i went into his buisness yelling when i never and have my mother who was a wittness as well. I wasn't even there when my kids were dropped off. He lies to save his own reputation. I will not stoop to his level and we will never support this buissness again. Poor customer service and lying to make his customers look bad. This says alot

Poor phone etiquette, everything is rushed, and you can tell from the nails it is rushed. Not worth the waste of money and time. The people are nice but clearly they are forced to go quickly to get more clients in. It’s unfortunate, I will not ever go back. There’s many more options in town, and I would rather pay more for the quality work and attention.
