We stayed in a chalet. The accommodations were bright and clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. It's in a beautiful setting.

Less than impressed. Stayed two nights. First night cable was out and there was "nothing that could be done" to fix it, was suggested to go to the bar (and spend more money, of course.. no thanks!). WiFi wouldn't allow a download, so we were stuck looking at our phones until we went to bed. Second night went looking for food, when we asked if the restaurant did take out it was like pulling teeth for an answer, which was just "you can ask them" but heavily implied the answer would be no. Not the most helpful staff. Wouldn't bother staying here again, definitely not for the price.

Rooms are dated however the staff were exceptional. Pools were clean and well maintained. Loved the outdoor pool and bar with stunning views of the river. Wish there was another dining option besides the Clubhouse.

Attended a weekend retreat. The food was great, the location beautiful and the staff was good. The rooms were a little dated, and many of the suites only had one bed and a pullout couch.

Grounds were nice but rooms were tired and dingy. Not up to cleanliness standards of other Rodd properties such as the Charlottetown location. Decided to split our 2 night stay in PEI with one night here and one night in Charlottetown, but we regret it. Indoor pool was small and busy, not enough restrictions in place. The front desk staff were confused and untrained. Overall would not recommend unless the price is great and you have a need for staying in Eastern PEI.
