Very disappointed in the lash extensions there. Started falling out in days! They are not going to do anything for me because they charged me for a fill instead of new! Really? How does that make a difference when the lash extensions are falling out less than a week in? Makes no sense. Manager is supposed to get back to me but she’s only in on Tuesday's?! Yikes! I would rate them less than 1 star if I was able!

I love my lashes done by Cody Lynn Gray! Her hands are so professional she never pulled or hurt my skin. I love the look and feel of my lashes. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful sorry I didn't got her name ???? I will be back to see Cody soon!

On Tuesday Oct 13th I got my lashes done by Coady (Shes fantastic, my bad experience isn’t with her - it’s with the poor quality of lashes she’s supplied with along with the lack of customer service with their owner). By October 17th they were melted and the company offered nothing but a free removal and charge me half price to fix my one eye that was a mess for 195.00 lashes, well above average price for lashes FYI don’t waste your time! Multiple last techs have informed me that it’s extremely cheap product, even the tech who removed mine as an emergency appointment because my naturals were getting extremely damaged waiting to hear from the missing owner (only took her four days to text me, not even call). Incase anyone is loving Coady’s work, hopefully she will go out on her own and use better quality product (with the correct size for a classic not an extremely thin lash)

I moved to the Island over 7 years ago, I can assure that anyone who visits Mint Spa will be amazed at the quality of work, customer service, and overall experience. I travel a lot with career and admittedly have an addiction to visiting spas... I have been to way too many! In doing so though, I can assure you that Mint Spa is nothing short of fabulous and Summerside is very lucky to have a place like this! Thank you for the excellent care you have provided me all these years!!! xx

I had heard great things about this place from my coworkers but don’t normally do much for myself. My husband surprised me with a gift card to the Mint Spa for Christmas. Last week I spent 3 amazing hours getting pampered and felt like a brand new women when I left. I got a lash lift/perm, facial and massage. Everything was absolutely wonderful! I even booked to go for my next facial before I left! The gals there go out of their way to make you feel special and are very good at what they do. - Patricia
