Got my nails done for a fill, as my regular place was booked. Terrible experience and will not go back they were not attentive nor did they talk me . They filed down my bed nails roughly with the drill. Then she proceeded to talk in her language with her coworkers laughing.. when I mentioned it. the price was outrageous, do not recommend to anyone they are terrible

Made the appointment for 5 at 1:30, but when we showed up at 1:25 all the chairs were taken. Ended up waiting 25 to 30 mins to get 3 of us in but it was so worth the wait, the other 2 people in my party waited 20 more mins to get into a chair. The chairs were so comfortable and my 9 year old son had the best time. He kept asking me to make a really good review. And to give them 5.5 stars

The one nail lady I had was good. But then they all traded seats and got a super untrained new girl who made my nails bubbly and warped. $50 nails ? Ouch. Gonna check out someplace else next time. French tips are not hard.

I just would like to say that I was very impressed with the service I got. I had an ingrown toenail, and the lady who attended to me told me that they had a lady who was willing to help cut it off the ingrown mail, as of now I don’t have the sensitive feeling on my toe, so thanks a bunch.

They were super friendly and I had some cuts on my thumbs and they made sure to watch out for them. They added some cute glitter to my nails with no extra charge. Super affordable as well. Definitely my new favourite place.

My nails were done very well. For my pedicure: the polish was thin, there was polish on my skin around the nail, one nail was smudged and the massage was very short and weak. I suggested the polish was poor with no response. I would go back for my finger nails but absolutely not a pedicure.

West Hill nails and spas the best place to go. They are very clean friendly place to have your nails done or massage. Tammy the manager will accommodate you in any way she can. I have severe leg pain. She massages my legs also uses hot rocks. This helps with all my pain. Also she's a great nail tech. She does wonderful work. I highly recommend this place. I feel it's one of the best places in Prince Albert. It's nice to see a lovely place like this they're hard to find. I get relief from swelling and pain. I've been going to have my massages on my legs and what ever else bothers me for the last 2 years. I love how my nails turned out!! They were really nice and kept asking if it was hurting. If you do have sensitive nails tell them in advance. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back

Gel nail removal was done by a trainee staff with no experienced staff to supervise the work. Ended up with two bleeding cuticles and ugly looking nails.

Did not like my experience here, the nail tech hurt my cuticles a lot with the drill, and after she layed the acrylic and started filling she was very rough, I had told her it hurt but she just said it was because I have weak nails but I think she could’ve been more careful, but she didn’t and my nails were in pain, she kept lifting up my real nail from my skin and after I left the store my fingers hurt for awhile. My nails also started popping after a week, I know they are not supposed to do that and it costed 100$ not worth it
