Have had my haircuts from here before but recently had bad experiences from there. Last time just recently 2 weeks back girl keep telling me my hair is thick and I have so much hair and was sighing all the time while giving me a haircut. I am like it's your damn job to cut my hair why are you complaining about how thick my hair is?? I am not asking for a discount and I am making a full payment Not professional at all! Need to train your staff with some customer service manners.

I always go there for my hair cut but recent experience was very disappointing, Brittany did my hairs and she seems like no knowledge how to deal with client, she wasn’t focus and not paying attention. I am not happy with my hair cut. ????
