I would say yes, as I always get my nails done here but on Saturday got my nails done from an older, impatient and rude guy.. who rushed my nails, did add gel on my whole nail, rushed my colors and already my nails are chipping (which has never happened to me until this guy did my nails sloppy. when he messed up my nail polish and had to redo them he was very aggressive using that nail drill thing and just hitting the side of my nails, making grunting noises, and shaking his head. last time I got my nails dont there they lasted a month till I went back and got this set 4 days ago and my black nail polish chipped.. dont know if ill be going back again as I already need a set.

I went there for the first time and I did not enjoy my experience at all. They sat me with a lady that didnt ask me any questions. What I wanted, new, fill, type and did not clean the station what so ever from the previous person. There were nail clippings and nails dust everywhere. The sander ends were sitting in dirty water. She then just started ripping off my remaining nails I had on, which was painful. I told her it hurt a lot and she ignored me. After finally getting my previous set off another girl came over and they both were looking at my nails talking in a different language but didn’t say anything to me or ask me any questions yet. She began trimming my nails and she cut them very very short to the point I told her they cannot be cut anymore because it was hurting. Then another girl came and sat down and took over and I became more hopeful. However I was soon dissatisfied because she cut the glued ends with scissors. I have never had that at a salon but got over that soon. However she was then filing my nails so hard she had cut me with the file. When I told her she cut me she saw the blood and just continued. Very un-happy I asked her if I can wash my hands because I do not want an infection considering the dust and dirty file. She then poured a cleaner over it instead and it burned really bad. I told her it burned and I wanted to wash it multiple times before she quit filing and let me go wash my hands. She finished my nails and I went to pay. The guy asked if they were okay. I said my nails turned out not to bad besides being a little crooked and not symmetrical. But that she did cut me and I was unhappy. All he said was. Oh sorry. And looked down. So I left, very unhappy. Will not be returning and I told me friends not to bother going there either.

It was my first time there and I I walked in, there was 3 spots open for a pedicure. And 2 spots open for a manicure. It was 5 and a half hours before they closed. And they refused to take me. The one male worker told me that they had "no more room, and not enough time" and he tried to tell me to book and come in the next day. On my part, terrible service and I did not feel appreciated. Never going back.

Been going here for 8 yrs, the new staff is not friendly at all and the guy doing my nails was soo rough!!! Going to find a new salon tbh, this was supposed to be my treat to my self and they totally made it an uncomfortable experience

I am reposting a few months after my initial visit. I was here for a manicure and to have my gel nails removed for the summer. A nail technician (who was not the one who did my manicure) tried to convince me to keep my gel nails. When I explained to her I want them off for the summer and I will reapply them in the winter, she tried to insist that I do shellac. Which is basically the same removal as gel duh. So then she appointed a male nail technician to remove my nails. He was very rough with my hands, I have rheumatoid arthritis so it made the procedure painful. He reapplied the nail polish which turned out gaudy and disgusting. When I went to pay for the treatment I was charged full price for a manicure when all he really did was touch my cuticles instead of actually trimming around them. And I got a bit of hand lotion rubbed into my hands at the end of the procedure.I showed my nails and how the Polish looked. I told him I wasn't happy with it but when he offered to have it fixed I had to refuse..... I shouldn't have to go back in after just having it done .....it should be done properly. I have also had a pedicure done by this same male nail technician. He does not have experience with working with thick toenails as I have. Instead of trimming and filing them down to a proper thinness he would actually paint over the whole toenail thickness.... Not a good job done at all....and still get charged for a complete pedicure. I am also annoyed by the fact that the employees continually speak in their own language while sitting in front of you and working on you. It is very intimidating and it's very uncomfortable .....and actually if they perhaps aren't aware of this, it's actually quite rude..... when we are in your place of business and you speak in your language instead of ours. So I will not be back to this particular spa. I have had more bad experiences then good.

The only nail salon my daughter likes to go to! Friendly staff, casual environment, great prices. While they do accept walk-in appointments, I always call ahead for an appointment for my daughter and I think it is appreciated. A new set of nails from start to finish (without any special requests, like jewels, etc.) generally takes under an hour, and my daughter has never had issues with them coming off. I recommend !

Awful. I’ve been going there for over a year now and the service has always been very good. However the past 4-5 times I’ve gone they’ve done nothing but hurt me and they barely speak English so they don’t even understand what I want so my nails are never the way I want them. Yesterday I told them I wanted coffin nails but I wanted them more narrow. The lady said they have to be long and I said that’s fine but she continued to cut my nails super short. Then she switched so another lady was doing them and I had to explain all over again what I wanted. She kept trying to make them narrow by filing the sides and I told her it hurt my skin but she continued to do it until she cut my skin with the file! It started bleeding so she took a paper and put disinfectant on it and squeezed my finger so hard that it went numb meanwhile it stung so badly. She avoided the area so that my whole nail isn’t even painted. I left with short, square looking nails not to mention crooked and an infected finger (literally it is infected now) NOT HAPPY. My other nail also started bleeding out of nowhere today. Do not go here unless you like pain. Also I speak English and they only talk their language to each other which makes you wonder what they could even be saying.

Terrible!! We went as a group of 4 friends to get pedis! My one friends water was so hot her feet were red for half an hour after they were out of the water and at one point she said “ ouch” because the lady cut her and she didn’t even say sorry! My other friend and I, the girl cut our nails so short that they are actually hurting a week later! For nail polish,... they had lots of colors but all of them barely had any polish left in them!! For the color I picked, they just added nail polish remover to the bottle to have enough polish to paint my nails! Not a relaxing enjoyable experience!

I came in yesterday spent over 100 dollars on a pedicure nd nail nd also got my daugters nails paintee at same time.. I asked for ombre nails because they matched my wedding dress and theyre uneven not rounded properly and extremely uneven. The ombre goes all The way up to my thum and there is messy pink streaks in the white. Wouldnt recomend going here at all.

I honestly would not recommend this place, I went here to get my nails done went back, cause I had noticed all my nails where crooked, and nail polish was coming off, I asked if they can give me half my money back they suggested to fix them up, and they clipped off the gel nails & was not gonna pay me back! So I got mad and said I ain't leaving here without my refund! And yes cause I snapped I got my refund back. And not ever going to this nail salon again! Worst customer service skills, and not as polite and they seem to be when asked a simple small question! Also didnt even clip them properly after clipping my nails. Just looks rough and ugly! And tried kicking me out the salon without my money! Should have clipped them properly or at least took them off professionally

My wife went to pa nails and received horrible service. She didn’t get the nails she asked for and when she tried explaining to the guy doing her nails(the owner) he was rude and intimidating. He did not fix her nails, and did not reimburse her. Horribly run business, and poor management, just thought I should warn people from future dissatisfaction and disappointment!

First timer.. and it might be the last.. Came in and got my nails done, the nail tech didnt even push my cuticals back he just grinded them all off which was so uncomfortable! Then totally rushed it by putting one huge coat of gel for each nail.. they look thick and bumpy. To top it off he was sick, coughing all over my hands and into my face.
