I decided to get my nails done two weeks after Sunny Nails opened. My first impression was of a very drab, poorly decorated room, and definitely not a spa. I asked for a French manicure, but neither the owner or the girl doing my nails knew what I was talking about. After trying to explain white tips over and over, the girl finally clued in, but insisted numerous times that I pick a nail colour from their charts. I continually told her no, so she finally agreed to do the white tips. After having wasted almost 30 minutes, the two ladies couldn't find the right products, or some of the tools needed. They were very unorganized. For the next 2 hours I listened to the husband and wife (owners) constantly argue, while the girl doing my nails grilled me about my life, family, and finances. Several times I was asked about my income which is none of their business. After 2.5 painstaking hours, I went to pay, but was told they did not have a debit/credit machine so I had to go to the bank next door, pay the fee and withdraw money to pay for a a very poor nail job and an even worse experience. I will never go back nor would I ever recommend this salon. Giving 1 star is being generous.

Twice now I've called to book at a appointment and twice they messed the times up for 2 hours later. Both times I called i specifically asked her to repeat the time multiple times to make sure that it was the right time and they still got it wrong. Terrible.

The staff was very kind. The place was easy to get to and very clean. They have 6 chairs for pedicures. It was nice that all 3 of us were able to go at the same time. Prices were reasonable and comparable to most nail salons. The only thing is they only accept cash right now.

Everyone was nice, they got us in as walk ins, we each just got a pedicure everything was done so nice and it was during 20% so well worth it :) going on week 3-4 no chips, no cracks, no peeling and I’ve been camping twice !
