Very friendly staff and Marissa does the most thorough and professional pedicure I’ve ever had. Difficult, however, to offer a true spa experience in a hair salon. Not very relaxing and the pedicure stations/seats are very uncomfortable.

Due to work restrictions I have a limited time frame I can get my hair done. I had booked for tomorrow but unfortunately they had to cancel because of having to self isolate due to Co-vid. Totally understandable. However the way the receptionist handled it was extremely unprofessional. NO sympathy to try and re book and just hung up in my ear. I tried calling the Antigonish location and the receptionist just laughed when I asked if she had openings. Which is very unfortunate as I loved my hair dresser and her work but I will not support a business like this anymore. Thanks
