Beautiful and clean place. The staff is nice, gentle and friendly. They take the time to do everything right.Everything is clean and you watch them take new tools out of fresh packaging. They even use a liner for the foot bath for pedicures.

They did an amazing job! They took me as a walk in after work on a Friday evening, and did a full set of biogel nails for me. Then this girl does a few designs for me. I'm not a fan of red but still wanted some Xmas designs. So I chose a gorgeous sparkly purple and proceed to watch this incredibly talented girl free hand a few designs that I chose off of pinterest! She just had a small paint brush and my mind was blown at just how steady her hand has to be to pull this off. I wound up with these gorgeous nails which have not given me any issues as of yet. I'll update if I have any issues with them. As of right now I would absolutely recommend stopping by. Definitely worth the money!

I feel they are very rude when you walk in.And whenever I come in I always get told to come back. If I book an appt I end up waiting over 30 mins sometimes. Horrible customer service.

I've been going regularly for the past few months at the suggestion of a friend. I've tried out other salons in Welland but this one is by far my favourite. Jolie(spelling?) has done my nails the last 3 times and she is so sweet. They make you feel welcome and they don't rush you out of there, they take their time and do a great job. I highly recommend. Atmosphere is awesome and I love the chandelier!

I had gone here multiple times before and was very pleased with the result. However, my most recent time was not a good experience. In the past, there was never a charge for the length of the nail. This time when I went, after the initial base nail was glued on and about to be cut I was told that it would be an extra $10 to have them past the tip of my finger. Mind you, that was an extremely short nail to be left with. I was unaware of this and asked why and was told "everywhere is the same". I have been to multiple salons and never heard of this before. I remained polite and let her know that I was unaware of this, as the last time I was here I had not paid for the length. She told me "$10 more for your nails". At this point I politely asked for her to take the base nails off as I was not prepared to be spending the extra money (I only brought so much). She grabbed my hand to cut them short in order to take them off, and nicked 3 fingers in the process because she was frustrated with me. After that she looked at me and said "You owe me $10 tip now." I have never had a worse experience in a nail salon ever, and was very disappointed and embarrassed as I had brought my friend here for the first time and had spoken so highly of this salon. I was as polite as possible to her and was not once snarky or aggressive or rude. I wasn't blaming her, I just didn't have the extra money on me that day. Needless to say I will not be returning here again.

After visiting this salon, I was left feeling very disappointed. The woman was very rude to me, hurt me with the nail drill 3 separate times and my nail polish was streaky and uneven. Do not recommend and will not be coming back.

When I first started going to this salon I thought their service was great! But the last two times I’ve been (with appointments I might add) I was rushed out of there. My pedicure was nothing special, my feet still felt rough, and my niece who is 9 had her nails shellac’d in what felt like record time - the quality simply wasn’t there... I probably could have done a better job with a shellac kit from Walmart. I feel that lately they are doing whatever they can to get as many people done In a day, I get they’re a business, but I didn’t appreciate being rushed out so they can squeeze walk in’s‘in’ when I take the time to make a appointment. None the less, quality should be more of a priority.
