I absolutely love coming here! They do an amazing job. I have always loved my uv shellac nails and pedicure. They have a wide variety of beautiful colours to choose from and it lasts forever! I go in once every 4 weeks! Awesome staff, very friendly all around a great place to go to pamper yourself! I will continue going there! I always get tons of compliments on my nails. I went in to get some acrylic nails, everything was fine until it got to shaping the nails. i asked for an almond shape. not only did i get some rounded nails that wasn't even remotely the shape i wanted, the acrylic on my nails was also uneven. i paid way too much for a horrible job. they rushed it and were quite hard on my nails. I had to go home and fix them, i would never recommend this to anyone unless they want a bad job done with an expensive price

TERRIBLE! i was ignored after i got the worst pedicure, i was there to get a mani, pedi and i got a terrible pedi and a colour on my hands cuz they did not have time to give me a mani since they left me in the pedicure chair for an hour while my friend got a full set of fakes put on. and they over charged me 40 dollars... no thanks dont go here terrible service and rude people as well.

Came here after seeing all the good reviews on how good they are, hella disappointed in my outcome. I asked for almond shaped acrylics and left with round nails and one finger bleeding. The staff were very nice besides the whole nail thing. Don't think I'll be coming back nor the person who came with me as their nails are pointed upward and looking like they're about to pop off at any minute. My one nail is so badly shaped that it looks like the Pokemon Ditto got glued to my nail without his arms.

i went there to get acrylics and the girl who did them was not just rough to the point where I have cuts around my nails but did them extremely poorly. She put way to much gel on which by the way is uneven, each nail is a different length and shape, and the nails are crocked. The price was $45 and i’ve gone to better place that charged $15 less. When i told her to fix them by taking them off and redoing them she said she would charge me another $45, when i told her the mistake was on her and it was rude of her to waste my time and what i got was extremely off from what i showed her she still didn’t change her mind, the guy beside her said there’d be no charge since he understood but she still fought on the price, unbelievable.

Not clean very rude over priced. Helps other customers before myself when they just booked an appointment 5 minutes before I sat there for 3 hours waiting for them to finish my nails they asked for a $10 tip when I already gave them a 5. I wouldn't recommend this to my friends or anyone if they want their nails too look nice for a good price. Very very ????

My nails came off in three days. I asked for gel they gave me the cheapest version without any questions. I'm from Toronto i usually pay $100 for my nails i was not worried about the cost. I will not come back here ever again. I got nails of different color and they let customers sit in the waiting room talk loudly about how disgusting my nails looked... I do not recommend this salon. She even had the gills to question my sister about her sesection and ask personal questions.. Avoid this place!!!

My friend made an appointment for us to get our nails done together on Friday. Today is Saturday and we arrive on time for our appointment at 430. They take her right away. I drove from st.catharines for some girl time and they had me wait until ten after 5 before addressing me. They asked me if I had an appointment and I'm like yes... We came together and you took her first. I told them I drove from St. Catharines and that now there is not enough time. The lady said she could have it done by 540 .That's not even possible for a full set... 30mins? I'd rather someone not rush and fut me or just do and overall poor job. Very disappointed. A waste of gas and time. Still here waiting for my friend to finish her nails, which will be soon it looks like. So that's nice ????. Also it smells like a dirty ashtray in here. Gross.

Love the “new genesis” dip in nails products. I’m using it for over a year now, it has healed my own nails damaged by other products before. My nails are much stronger now than ever before. You can do many colors, ombré and French ect. All shapes and sizes. What can I say? Go and try your self, talk to the professional, you may really like it

Excellent nail salon - have been coming to this location for years. Very clean, and friendly estheticians. I recently had the nugenesis dipping powder; i find it takes a bit longer (as it needs to be removed each time) but TOTALLY love it!!! My nails are much healthier underneath than with gel/acrylic.

It was my first time getting my nails done professionally. I will not be returning . The lady there was fairly rude and inconsiderate, I was more rushed than anything. Before she was even done, she was worried about getting paid as well as preparing to do another customer who was already being serviced. The two gentlemen that we had at the beginning were very kind and conversational. They also gave me explanations as it being my first time, I had questions and they were happy to answer. She ruined my experience.

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon! I started going to this salon 4 years ago and the service never changes ! It’s the best!! I’ve gone to other salons with friends and I always keep coming back! I got the nugenesis dip powder and it is absolutely amazing. Both her and her husband were very friendly and easy to talk too. My nails have never felt better! They were weak and thin but look and feel natural and healthy. They didn’t have that chemical burn feeling from other gel types, and dried so much faster then the UV gels! also much cheaper!! You won’t know how much you like something until you try it!

The lady is very rough, she kept cracking my fingers while drilling and filing, I thought one was going to break. Then the shape is terrible. I asked her to fix it 2 and then another guy came to fix them and they still look weird. Its ok for a quick $20 fill with basic colour but for an everyday place I dont recommend it.
